Gourmet kitchen with 5 burner Gas on Glass sealed cooktop, double ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators w/ icemakers, wine refrigerator, prep sink & breakfast bar. 9 Flat Screen TVs, 8 DVDs, 4 VCR players; 7 have built in CD players/radios. High speed wireless Internet access throughout house (please bring your laptop computer). Rec Room with full wet bar, microwave & full size refrigerator with icemaker, Surround Sound Home Theater, Air Hockey & Foosball Table, video library, books & games, outside shower.

Custom tile work throughout the house means that your 4-legged friend can accompany you to the beach and you won't have to worry. A gourmet eat-in kitchen with seating for 4-6 at the breakfast bar and seating for 10 at the dining table makes this home a PERFECT place to enjoy the holidays with your extended family... everyone can eat together in the same room! In the morning, grab your laptop and your cup of coffee and head for the covered 'coffee deck' off of the breakfast room; turn on the ceiling fan and enjoy the view while you surf the web. An outdoor staircase connects all three levels so you can transition from one deck to another without going inside. Lots of privacy and quiet in the backyard due to natural vegetation and a large lot size.

Beds: 5 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Pyramid Bunk Bed Sets. House Sleeps 16 people. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. The homeowners are both members of the military (he is in the Army and she is in the Navy) and support all members of the military. They believe that R&R for families as well as for service personnel is essential and would like to help out in any way possible. As such, they offer a Military Discount with a valid Military ID. (Active Duty/Retired/Reserve; all branches of the service). They thank all military families and service members for their service to our country. Please call our office for details.
