The all new Jennett’s Pier opened in May of 2011 and since then has had thousands of visitors. The pier is now open 24/7 and features a public beach access with parking and a bathhouse. Sounds like this would be a perfect family activity. The fishing platform is 1,000 feet long and the 16,000-square foot pier house offers quite a few exhibits and educational opportunities.
Jennette’s Pier is located on the oceanfront at milepost 16.5 in Nags Head; 7223 South Virginia Dare Trail (across from the famous Sam n Omies!).

Did you know that you can rent the pier for a wedding or other special event? There is a private reception area on the top floor and a covered outside deck. This area can accommodate up to 175 people who will see extraordinary ocean views. The room would be a spectacular place for dinner parties, rehearsal dinners, luncheons and more.

The Pier comes equipped with tables, chairs and a catering kitchen. With its cozy fireplace and cathedral ceilings helping to create a unique style this will have your guests talking for a long time to come.
