This cute four-bedroom home is just the place you need to recharge and unwind from your busy life. Grab your favorite morning coffee and head to the spacious oceanside deck to watch the glorious sunrise and maybe even spot a dolphin or two. In the evening with your favorite beverage in hand, you can end the day watching the sunset over the sound on the western deck. In between beach trips you will find plenty of ways to relax in the spacious interior where it's easy to kick off the flip-flops and unwind. With the ocean as a backdrop, the great room will be a favorite retreat for movies and meals and the screened-in porch off the kitchen will be a great place with a shaded area to dine.
The Sanderling community offers you a beautiful soundside community pool and tennis court. The Sanderling Resort is within walking distance and offers restaurants and a spa. You will also want to check out the cute town of Duck with so many unique local shops, restaurants, town park, and the boardwalk.

"We've been coming to Blue Bayou for decades. This time we were saddened that it is beginning to look a bit too worn. The couch is stained and torn; the living room carpet needs to be cleaned; the butcher block knives are rusty and should be thrown away (probably rusted because dishwasher never fully dries the dishes); and there was dog hair everywhere (inside and out). In addition, the sheets are stained and threadbare and the towels smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. (We had to call and request new towels which Village Realty promptly provided.) We appreciate your asking, and we hope these concerns can be addressed."

"The location is great, the proximity to the beach is perfect, and the views of the Atlantic from the house are spectacular. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. The TV had all steaming options, and the WiFi was fast (though it was a bit challenging to find the WiFi password in the instructions for the home). The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dinnerwear, and silverware, though a few staples like salt and pepper would have been appreciated. Also, I would expect more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and hand soap in each bathroom would have been appreciated. Overall it is a great house, we had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay. The host was very kind and responsive and the place was clean and as advertised. The location is stunning and the beach just amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked. My only suggestion would be to add a hot tub, as it would've been so nice to watch the beach while sipping a drink in a hot tub. But certainly not a deal-breaker. The kids loved it, and it's pet friendly, family friend, and on the beach. No surprises. No complaints. Just a great time!"

"Great stay! Just a few little things to consider! - Mostly great! Loved the house just thought the bathrooms and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Also there are no amenities like boogie boards, chairs, toys, bikes, a gas grill, etc. Just a warning to bring your own. Lovely location and neighbors and home."

"Blues Run - It was a very good experience. The listing and the property were accurate. The only blemish was inconsistent WIFI performance impacting the TV. Village Realty staff were responsive on the first incident. The second incident occurred late Friday afternoon/ early evening and lasted through checkout Saturday morning. Have a troubleshooting guide and telephone help contacts."
