It was hard to tell from the listing but the house does have plenty of beach chairs, a sturdy umbrella, a wagon for transporting beach gear, and several boogie boards. Bring your own beach towels, though, and some extra dish towels, hand soap, and dishwasher pods if you’re going to be cooking a good deal."

The house and the property are exceptional. The house is in excellent condition, well equipped kitchen, nice furniture, comfortable beds. The layout of the house allows for privacy on the bedrooms floor which is below the kitchen, living floor. The house is spotless and everything was in good working order. The property is well manicured and the surrounding vegetation and trees allow for privacy from the other homes nearby. The adjacent creek and myriad of nature trails throughout the Sanderling community add to the natural beauty of this property. Access to the beach is approximately 50 yards away and the beach in this area is spectacular. It was a pleasure dealing with Village Realty in booking this lovely home. The staff there are very responsive, helpful and professional."
