"We had a great trip! Some things I would have liked to have known, that may be helpful:
There is an outdoor shower which was awesome
The beach access was super easy and always had available spots right by the pool
The pool was a big hit and made renting the unit super worth it
We loved the bay sunset views
The beds were comfortable
The unit was very clean
The only recommendations would be a new hot tub cover and dishwasher This was a fantastic stay and a good value for what we paid "

"We have stayed in 4 houses of this same design on the same street - it's a perfect size for me, my 2 adult sons & daughter-in-law. Some owners have a bit more 'flair' in their decor and obvious care for pride in their property. This one was somewhere in the middle - we would rent it again"

"Beach Stay - It was great. A couple things (1) Need a hand railing from front steps to entrance. (2) A hand railing to get out of the hot tub.
Dish washer needs to be replaced. My husband fell when exiting the hot tub & we spent 7 hours in the ER. We loved the Village Beach Club, included in our stay."

"I’ve been coming to the OBX since a child and hands down this is top 5 of my favorite places we’ve stayed. It was cozy and up to date. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a great at the end of days on the beach. Location was fantastic such a short drive to everything. Only con would be the cleaning on arrival could of been a bit more detailed. We will stay again! ThankYou village!"

"Nice little house--not far from the places to see - The house was clean and comfortably decorated; sunny and bright! We really enjoyed the split level layout, it made everything feel close to the main living area. Walking distance to Duck Donuts and in the same shopping center was a home goods store, grocery store, deli/pizza, Outback and one of my favorite "grits" restaurants. The property management company Village Realty OBX had their offices also close by and they were responsive to inquiries and really good at following up on things. They gave very good service and were fast on service requests! (internet router went bad and they dispatched services and got it replaced). House is also near to Jeanette's Pier (and public beach access). The weather wasn't favorable for us to try out the hot tub...but it was only April."
