With two levels of decks plus a screened porch, there's no shortage of outdoor living space. Dogs are welcome at Beach Happy, so you can bring your furry family members too!

Centrally located in Section J of the Ocean Sands community, Beach Happy is within a mile from everything you'll need including grocery and specialty food stores, coffee shop, dining and take-out options. You don't even need to take the car! Walk or bike using the pedestrian sidewalk that runs from Ocean Sands all the way to Timbuck II Shopping Village. There you'll find a variety of boutique shopping, restaurants, ice cream and fun activities for the entire family including mini-golf and bumper cars.
