Guests of "Beach Break" will enjoy the Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts and all this home has to offer: sun deck, screened porch, walkway to the beach, Jacuzzi, stereo w/CD, high speed internet access (please bring your own laptop), wet bar with mini-fridge and icemaker, outside shower and a gas grill. *Please note that Village Beach Club amenities are not available. Please note also that the fireplace is not available for use.

Parking for 3 cars and garage is available for guest use.

"The house was great. We especially liked the layout for our family and seeing the sunrise from the deck is fabulous. There were a lot of ants we had to buy spray I assume the close proximity to the beach but perhaps house should be treated regularly. Hoping we can book the same week next year."
