"The community is amazing. Parking for Wedges 11 will actually accommodate up to six vehicles. Maintenance came out a couple of times and were very efficient and friendly. The only reason for a lower rating is because the beds in rooms 1 and 2 were horrible. I read previous complaints prior to making our reservations and was told the mattress replacements were required every three years, so they should have been replaced. When we complained about the extremely worn uncomfortable mattress we were then told its every ten years. These mattresses were within the time so nothing was done."

"This house is very nice. Very well equipped in all areas, including the kitchen. We didn`t really take advantage of the club as beach renourishment was going on in front, so it was pretty inhospitable, but I am sure it`s great when that`s not going on. Be aware if you have more than two cars, there will be a lot of shuffling around in the driveway. We had fun watching folks tee off the par 5 that the house overlooks. The pond is pretty to look at and houses loads of frogs. Be careful or they`ll follow you inside (they`re harmless!). If you know you want to come to Nags Head, I recommend this house as a great value and comfortable spot. We`ll be going back to Topsail but this was a fun experiment."

"We had a nice stay at wedges 11. I would agree with another review that the upstairs bed is very uncomfortable (hard) as is the master bedroom mattress. They should definitely remove some of the stuff from the closets and put in the locked outside closet because it leaves very little room for luggage and there is no cabinet space in the kitchen for food. The fan in the family room also seemed a little loose. Other than those few things the house was excellent. The floor plan is fabulous and the location is great. The decks provide wonderful views and you are an easy walk to the sound of shopping. We love the area and will be coming back again next summer."
