Located on the North side of the beautiful Currituck club, OBX Rays is a luxury sound front home offering many amenities, multiple gathering spots, large bedrooms and opulent furnishings. Walk through the front door and experience the ideal set up for family fun! The kitchen, family and living room are on the first floor and look out onto a sparkling pool, a large deck with an outdoor dining table, hot tub and a new screened in porch! Relax in multiple shady areas and enjoy the unobstructed sound view! The house offers a private pool deck with a heated pool upon request. The doors are also armed with pool alarms to keep your children safe! There is also a first floor master bedroom for those with mobility issues.

This unique and updated house can easily sleep three families. Upstairs find 3 additional bedrooms. The king master upstairs has a large black marble bathroom with a shower and a clawfoot tub. The Currituck club has a golf club, multiple community pools, tennis, pickle ball, a gym, tennis courts and a free trolley to the nearby beach. Great for biking, running and walking.

At the front of the neighborhood is a Harris Teeter and some of the best restaurants and donuts in the area.
