Cast~A~Waves (Heron Cove 102S) is an Oceanfront Condo in Nags Head. This lovely Outer Banks vacation rental has a spacious living, dining area, and sunroom all of which have access to the covered, oceanfront deck. It also features a Master Bedroom and Master Bath with jetted tub. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bath with tub/shower and separate ½ bath providing private family space. The sunroom can be closed off to serve as an additional sleeping room with its own pull-out sofa.
New owners purchased Cast~A~Waves in May 2021. They have replaced the water heater, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, linens and upgraded the furnishings and décor.
Imagine sitting on the oceanfront deck with that first cup of coffee ... listening to the ocean and the birds. Relax by the community pool – steps from the sand ... you are truly on vacation.
This unit is located on the first level with quick stair access or there is an elevator as well. The covered parking, community pool, and easy private access to the beach add to your vacation relaxation. This well-appointed condo is a lovely home away from home!

"Loved staying here! The convenience to the beach was great. Everything was nice and clean. House was well-equipped.
I wish there had been foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen, and more towels specifically washcloths provided (having a laundry room made this work out fine though). Glad there were puzzles! Really a comfortable space and we would definitely stay there again. I would recommend wiping down of the door handles, especially for the front door as it was quite grimy, but I was pleased with the cleanliness of the inside.

"We have stayed at Heron Cove in the past. The oceanfront condos are large and spacious and laid out well for families. Our unit was this time was a first floor unit as we did not have near as much selection for a Sunday to Sunday rental week. We did not have an ocean view (we looked at high dunes) but was recently renovated and very comfortable. And with a 3 year old grandson it was easier to be on a low floor and not have to rely on the slow elevator. The pool was cleaned daily and a huge hit with the grandson. The general location is also very convenient to many stores, restaurants and amenities."

"This condo was the perfect space for a family of 6. As simple as it gets in terms of checking in, and no complications finding the place. The condo was extremely clean with everything we needed. Kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you could think of: Keurig, Blender, Toaster, Crockpot, Griddle top, utensils, silverware, and dinnerware. The walk to the beach was effortless and once you get into the sand, that’s when you realize how special this place truly is. Very private, quiet, and clean. Restaurants and shops around the area are great. We would recommend Blue Moon, or Mulligans. Overall, this is as good as it gets for a rental condo. Would definitely say here again!"

"Wonderful location right on the beach! The interior of the condo was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. My only minor complaint was the exterior of the property was run down and under construction. Also, housekeeping rang the doorbell 20 min before check out while we were trying to get everything packed and loaded to leave."
