"This was our third time at this very nice beach house. Although we had a few issues during our stay, Village Realty was very prompt and took care of the issues in a timely manner. The washing machine was not able to be fixed and within two days a brand new one was delivered and installed. We love this house, the beds are very comfortable, the finishes are nice and the back yard and pool area are fantastic. I highly recommend this property."

"Everyone in our party of two families and Grandma loved everything about the house from its comfort, furnishing, amenities, landscaping and quiet neighborhood to the short walk to the beach with so many conveniences near-by. We couldnt have been more pleased! We did have a small issue with the washer and when we called maintenance , someone was sent over immediately. This is the second year renting from Village Realty and both years have been a pleasant experience. It was a perfect week in all respects!"

"This house was perfect in every way! It had an immaculate, well stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, comfortable beds and was tastefully furnished. The outside was amazing as well with lots of decking which was well-maintained, plenty of seating and tables, and professionally landscaped yards ( both front and back). The salt-water pool and pool area was beautiful and inviting. Loved the quiet, well-kept neighborhood which was a short walk to the beach via a nice walkway. Village Realty was great to work with and was prompt in answering any questions as well as responding to a minor maintenance issue. It was a fantastic week and we absolutely would rent this house again!"
