"This is a nice designed house with as large top floor great room. Our rooms were very clean and the house is a convenient walk to the beach. It is also quite close to the grocery store and some decent restaurants."

"We’ve stayed at this property over 4 summers. Love the location and proximity to the beach and activities.
Only issue we had was that there were many ants in the home including pantry."

"Wonderful home with a great pool, hot tub, and amenities. The home was clean and spacious with enough bathrooms for all. The short walk to the beach was awesome and really helps when carrying all that is needed for a great day. Both Corolla and Duck are an easy drive."

"Excellent experience - The house was perfect for what we needed on this vacation. It wasn’t very warm outside, but the weather was gorgeous so having the hot tub open was a HUGE plus. The hot tub and the pool were very clean and they even had a guy come to do maintenance on it while we were out sightseeing. Towels were provided and the washer and dryer was functional, no issues. The dishwasher is super quiet which is nice. Considering how updated the appliances were in the kitchen, the coffee pot was the most heavily used and is the oldest appliance in the kitchen probably. There is a keurig, however! The bed was comfortable and there is a big jacuzzi tub in one of the rooms which my partner and I took advantage of. The beach is also a 2 minute walk away! There is a foot washing and sea shell washing station which came in handy. I personally have no complaints about this property and the house! I would definitely stay here again"

"Great house! - The pool is awesome. The beach access is near where the dunes start so it feels almost private and makes it easy to avoid crowds. House is well stocked with beach and pool toys. Kitchen has everything you'd need to eat in. Great location (plan for traffic getting on the island). Would definitely stay there again."

"Awesome stay!!! - This is one of the best vacation homes we've stayed in a long time. There is a 5 mins walk to beach. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub which were well maintained. Hope to return back soon."

"September 2017 Stay - My family absolutely LOVED the Searenity. The house was clean and offered the perfect amount of space for our 7 adult, 3 children group. The walk to the beach was short and easy to do with the toddlers. The private pool was without a doubt our favorite part. Also, the customer service team with Village Realty was truly amazing. They were very pleasant to deal with and helped me discover fun things for our family to do during our first visit to OBX. I would 100% use Village Realty to book another rental and have already recommended them to friends and family. "
