"The house is very nice. Great number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the short distance to the beach and you don’t have to cross a road. I only wish they provided more towels. It’s only one towel per person, so you are washing towels everyday. Definitely will rent it again."

"We had a great stay at Beachology. The house was clean and perfectly sized for a group of 5 adults! All of the furniture was comfortable, which is really had to find in a vacation rental. Being dog friendly really made it even better. Village Realty was easy to work with and we'd stay here again. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that it would be great if there were an umbrella for the deck table and chairs. Given that it's in the direct sunlight, it was impossible to sit out there in the middle of the day. Also, the coffee maker could use a good cleaning because there is a scale buildup. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!"

"I rarely give reviews but the service from Village Realty was so OUTSTANDING that I needed to share our story. An hour before our arrival to OBX the house we rented through a different rental service started leaking. I found a comparable property on Village Realty’s website and called, 15 minutes before they closed, to see if we could still rent it. Aaron was SENSATIONAL and went out of his way to help us. He was friendly, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. We were able to switch properties within an hour and Aaron made himself available for any questions we had for the remainder of our trip.
