"We had a great stay at Beachology. The house was clean and perfectly sized for a group of 5 adults! All of the furniture was comfortable, which is really had to find in a vacation rental. Being dog friendly really made it even better. Village Realty was easy to work with and we'd stay here again. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that it would be great if there were an umbrella for the deck table and chairs. Given that it's in the direct sunlight, it was impossible to sit out there in the middle of the day. Also, the coffee maker could use a good cleaning because there is a scale buildup. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!"

"Stayed at 627 Sand Fiddler Circle #1D, Corolla. The condo/townhouse was very nice. Nicely equipped. I did have a stain on my sheet which once I washed the stain came out. In addition the dink in the master bedroom doesn't drain well. I would rent from here again."

"I rarely give reviews but the service from Village Realty was so OUTSTANDING that I needed to share our story. An hour before our arrival to OBX the house we rented through a different rental service started leaking. I found a comparable property on Village Realty’s website and called, 15 minutes before they closed, to see if we could still rent it. Aaron was SENSATIONAL and went out of his way to help us. He was friendly, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. We were able to switch properties within an hour and Aaron made himself available for any questions we had for the remainder of our trip. "The house was well decorated and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub and pool were nice. We didn’t find a Keurig at all, but we could have missed it. Easy walk to the beach as well."
