"Just a couple of concerns about the house ...... the ceiling fan in the room was really wobbly it had a broken glass cover on one of the light bulbs that I thought might come off if we would have left it on, also the sliding door on the living room balcony would not lock .... I think it was broken and also the bench seats on the living room balcony were unsafe to sit on .... if you sat back on them it seemed like they would break and someone would have been hurt really bad ... it's definitely not safe for especially small children... some of the boards were broken and a child could go right through them …… village realty was a great way to book this vacation I will book through them next tim"

"OBX One is probably one of the most amazing properties I have been in. I was fortunate enough to get a tour from the Owner who handpicked the decor and design. The theater room was like being in an actual movie theater. The pool area is spacious and spectacular along with the outdoor area for grilling. I'm not sure I would even leave the outside area. The inside of the home is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious along with the bathrooms. They have these really cool color changing light features in most of the bathrooms. The kitchen and the glass elevator would be my second favorites. And you can't forget about the view from the top level deck. If you are looking for a one of a kind event home, this is it!!! - Sarah W"

"Fantastic! The backyard was something special! I could definitely see a small wedding happening here. They had a catwalk that went into the kitchen, it was AMAZING. "JR 12 Carolina Dream: Super house on the ocean in Nags Head. We've had that house several times over the years, so everybody already knows the bedrooms/ kitchen/ drill. Swimming pool is great for folks who don't feel like the "hike" to the beach (and it pays to have a "tent" for shade in a week that proved (everywhere to be so hot). Easily accommodates 18 or so -- ages 6 to 81 (in our case). Hope others enjoy, too!!!"
