With 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas and 2 living areas plus a private pool and hot tub, there was plenary of space for everyone. No fussing over who gets to wash clothes because there was two washers and dryers also. The home comes with plenty of cook where to fix a small meal or large meals along with plenty of plates, drink ware and utensils. Beautiful mornings waking up with the sound in the backyard and only a few moments from town. You can’t go wrong with this beauty!!"

"Renting was easy. The house was as advertised. It was clean and very nice. We had a storm yesterday that caused some debris and issues with the pool. They had pool service and someone out to get the area clean for our use by noon. This is our first rental with Village. I would recommend them. We just love Currituck Club! Our favorite place to stay! This is our 3rd rental in Currituck!"

"I consider these people the go-to for renting or purchasing a house at the Outer Banks. For renting: Great pet policy... if you have dogs, these folks are far away the best; Flexible... we chose to add a day and it took a 5 minute conversation (obviously we were not overlapping someone else who had a reservation)... they are family oriented... It was like talking to family, they understand what and how to deliver Super fast response to any and all questions... it seems, again, like you're talking to a trusted family member. "How do we do 'X'?" and the answer is there. 12/10, cannot recommend more highly."

"We stayed at a nice, clean little house on the beach. Unfortunately we stayed during a week of heavy rain. The flat roof of our house leaked in one of the two bedrooms, waking us up about 2am when the bed was getting wet. I called the office at 9am when they opened and they quickly sent out maintenance and housekeeping. With the rain continuing for days they were unable to stop the leak. We we offered a very nice, much larger home for the remainder of our stay, but unfortunately it was a couple blocks from the beach. All other homes on the beach were rented. Instead we opted to stay at the house using only 1 bedroom and kids slept on the couch and an air mattress in the living room. We were given a reimbursement of about 25% Everyone at Village Reality was very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly use them again for future vacation rentals in OBX."

They were extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with on questions I had prior to the trip and on all contact needs during my week in Corolla.
