"We just had a small family reunion in Duck. Our cottage, The Gathering Place, had fantastic views from the large, comfortable living/dining space. All of the bedrooms had ocean views and private baths. The kitchen was very well equipped. Also, the check in/ check out process was very easy. We highly recommend Village Realty."

"The Second Wind condo at The Quay was clean and roomy, and the beach is just feet away. We liked that the linens were clean and wrapped, along with the bedspreads. The kitchen had everything one would want and was very organized. The bike paths run along the coast and the piers and restaurants are numerous in this area! Village Realty made it very easy to rent and we will use them again."

"Been visiting the outer banks yearly my entire life. Usually we are south on Hatteras Island (village realty doesn’t service the island) but this time stayed in Nags Head for our daughters wedding. By far the best rental experience we’ve had. Affordable prices, great house, simple check in/out, and CLEAN! Not our typical experience. Would definitely use Village again."

"Everything was great , I especially like that I didn’t have to go to the office for check -in . The property was clean and exactly as described . I only had to call for a problem with the Wi-Fi but the cable company came over with in an hour and fix the problem . I would highly recommend booking with Village Realty ."

"We stayed in Caroline’s Cove. Very appropriately priced. Cute community. The house was well stocked with kitchen and beach needs. My only complaint is that there was not wheelchair access to the ocean, which made it difficult to take a stroller and wagon. But, we still managed!"

"Village Realty is a great company. They are very responsive when an issue arises at the property. But I must say the property owners need to do a better job doing an upkeep of their properties. The house we stayed at was covered on the outside with spiders and webs and the pool area was dirty. The inside floors weren’t cleaned well and the kitchen had ants in it. Also the remotes didn’t work for the TVs."
