"We found this lovely home on the beach and booked it right away! We went in the beginning of April so the cost was more affordable for us. The home is well equipped with anything you may need to cook for your family and friends. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of cooking utensils and appliances available. The hot tub was great as well. We loved being able to walk down the steps and across the walkway to the beach whenever we wanted. The triple bunk bed room was perfect for my two young children. There is a bathroom in between the bunk room and a queen room where we stayed. It worked perfectly for us in case the kids got up in the middle of the night. The only complaint we have is that the bottom floor (where we stayed) seemed to be damp then dry, then damp. We ended up getting stuffy from our room but our kids were fine. So, we are not entirely sure it was the room. We felt better when we were up and around for the day."

"I recently stayed in a beach house that I reserved through Village Realty in September for my birthday. The house was beautiful and looked as pictured online. My guests enjoyed the pool! Reserving was a quick and easy process, and in my opinion the price was great for the amount of rooms and space that i got. Everyone had a great time. Also, the close proximity to the beach, and the views of the ocean from our top deck were truly wonderful. The house was well furnished, and we all enjoyed spending time together, which is hard as we all live far from one another. A wonderful week spent making amazing memories I will cherish forever!"

"Great experience as usual. There only compliant we had was the appliances could use updated. Half the jets in the hot tub and pool seemed to not work. Could have been cleaner upon entry. Vacuum cleaner doesn't work. House itself, location and walk to the beach were awesome. Would rent again!"

"Village Realty is a great company. They are very responsive when an issue arises at the property. But I must say the property owners need to do a better job doing an upkeep of their properties. The house we stayed at was covered on the outside with spiders and webs and the pool area was dirty. The inside floors weren’t cleaned well and the kitchen had ants in it. Also the remotes didn’t work for the TVs."

"We used Village Realty few weeks back to rent JR369: Point Of Views. House was large, comfortable, well-appointed, clean and had great views of the water and sky from the 3rd fl. main deck. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings sitting on the lounge chairs looking out to the ocean and night sky. House was located across from Jockey's Ridge State Park and south of busy Nags Head strip, but close enough to great food and entertainment when needed. Kitchen was fully equipped which allowed us to prepare some great meals. Pool and hot tub were both in great condition and used often!. Would certainly look at this home again in future or other Village Realty rentals!"
