"As an experienced renter in the Outer Banks. I have used quite a few of the local agencies. Among the best is Village Realty. Although we had a little hiccup in the beginning of our trip, they couldn’t have been more accommodating, and responsive. The house was clean, beautiful inside with gorgeous views! Close to everything. The hot tub was wonderful and beach access was super easy! Parking multiple cars in a long driveway took a little figuring out but nothing to stop me from renting again! We had a wonderful trip with 10 women and all of us had a great time. Thank you."

"I am giving 4!/ stars bc I did not notify Village Realty of my concerns. So I can’t fault them on a response they never had the chance to give. But everything was beautiful about this place with the exception of cleanliness. It was definitely not cleaned even on a regular basis. There was sand everywhere inside and out and areas needing swept, vacuumed wiped down. Before we would come back we would def discuss this with them. Otherwise great place!"

"My husband and I very much enjoy our stay with Village Realty in April 2023. They were very informative and professional from the very beginning! I absolutely loved being able to find out any information I needed about the property with a text message from the staff without having to be directly in touch with the owner of the property. Our TV was having trouble connecting, and someone came out to fix it that day. They even brought our trashcans up for us and took them back, put chemicals in the hot tub for us to make sure it was working properly. We will absolutely be booking again with Village Realty. It was our first time to the OBX and we are in love! Thank you Village Realty :-)"

"Village Realty is a great company. They are very responsive when an issue arises at the property. But I must say the property owners need to do a better job doing an upkeep of their properties. The house we stayed at was covered on the outside with spiders and webs and the pool area was dirty. The inside floors weren’t cleaned well and the kitchen had ants in it. Also the remotes didn’t work for the TVs."

I wish there was more pictures of the house online it has nice bathrooms and a wonderful jacuzzi room that the pictures don’t show! We loved our experience there!"

"I really do not have words for this place. It has everything inside and out. The view and sounds of the ocean EVERY night from bedrooms was beyond relaxing and peaceful. The house was clean spacious and stocked with everything needed. It also was decorated for a perfect beach feel. It was nice to have a pool, hot tub and even a sauna to play and relax in. Walking distance from many local attractions. The contacts for the home were helpful even before the trip! I would recommend this company to anyone!"
