"JR 12 Carolina Dream: Super house on the ocean in Nags Head. We've had that house several times over the years, so everybody already knows the bedrooms/ kitchen/ drill. Swimming pool is great for folks who don't feel like the "hike" to the beach (and it pays to have a "tent" for shade in a week that proved (everywhere to be so hot). Easily accommodates 18 or so -- ages 6 to 81 (in our case). Hope others enjoy, too!!!"

"The entire experience of booking an obx vacation with Village Realty was excellent. The website is easy to navigate and I didn't feel nickel and dimed to death like with some other companies. The communication through text and email was also great. Not too much but very thorough. Our rental, Carolina Treat in Nags Head was beautiful and clean and exactly as stated on the website. We were going a bit off season and wanted a place with a pool that would be open in case the ocean was a bit too cold. Happily, the pool was open in mid May!The oceanfront proximity to the beach was perfect for my elderly mother in law who can't walk too far. I will definitely be booking through them over other competitors in the future!"
