"House was great! Not too far from the beach. The beach was a little busy but empty by the best time, evening. House felt clean and in good shape. Lots of room. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Loved the extra dining space to accommodate our whole group!! Over all it was a great stay."

"Update: Stayed a 2nd time this next year (a few weeks ago). I still love it. ---- I loved my rental home in Nags Head. It was larger than the pictures lead me to believe. Highly impressed. It had everything I needed and more. They even had bikes, a cooler, and beach toys in the garage. The game room was fun. Plenty of cookware. All I needed to buy was aluminum foil. I do wish they had a better grill. I can't wait to stay here again."

"The house was absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room for everyone to stay and have a great time. The elevator was truly a god send as my father was in a wheel chair and it worked perfectly. The only problem was that the video game on the first floor did not work. We were looking forward to playing as a family. Maybe the home owner can get it fixed and working for our next visit. Thank you for making your home so welcoming and our trip with the pool and hot tub so enjoyable."

"The house that we rented in Nags Head was fantastic - one of the best houses that we have ever rented in OBX! Great house, great pool area, very well kept, very clean. Renting with Village Realty was very easy. From reservation, to payments, to check-in, and thru check-out - everything was very well organized and executed. The keyless entry check-in and check-out is a breeze. We will surely be back to OBX next year and look forward to working with Village Realty again."

"The house was SO beautiful, and as always so was the view. I’ve loved OBX for years but this was my first experience with village realty. They provided dishes, cooking ware (cutting board, pizza cutter, u name it), extra blankets, and the tvs were Roku with cable so you’re good to login to any streaming service or stick to the basics. Only problem was the bed sheets were covered in dog hair. I mean like COVERED. First night I crashed on the couch and the next day I got my own sheets. You might not need them, but I’d bring my own next time just incase. Also don’t forget basics like cooking spray and ziplock bags when u pack! All in all, it was a great time with a rocky start. I’d crash with VR again"

"August 2023 The house was exactly as pictured. The perfect size for our family, plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything, though not really organized. Could use a larger fridge. The large dining room table was perfect for our family meals together!! The grill was great, though we did have to call for propane, which they brought to us promptly. I’m pretty sure all the beds were comfortable, had no complaints from anyone in our family. It wasn’t the cleanest of places. It definitely could use a deep cleaning! Quite dusty and mold in a few of the showers and on the shower curtains. We did have some AC issues. The AC in the theater room wasn’t working and the AC on the main level didn’t cool very well. Village Reality did bring 2 window units to help cool while they fixed the issues, but it never really got very cool. The parking isn’t the best. Very tight, room for 5 cars, maybe 6 if they’re all small. The pool area and walk way to the beach were great! We would’ve probably stayed here again if the parking was better and if it had an elevator."

"Village Realty is my favorite company to work with at OBX. We have booked through them 3 years straight and I believe we had used them in the past also. They are responsive to service requests. They actually put the linens on the beds and remove them when you leave… you dont have to do either! They provide starter products (dish liquid, Toilet tissue, paper towels, etc. AND a Dish towel and sponge). Not sure that any other company does all that. I will always try to use them."

"All details of our stay were arranged as planned, including early check-in. The house, pool and hot tub were clean. Please note that there is a house under construction immediately adjoining Three Swans, which was not disclosed, and does not appear in aerial photos."
