"We had a wonderful time at summer love. This is our second time staying here. Love the feel and decor of the house. Beach casual is welcoming and comfy. Also, the elevator is a godsend. My parents are older and my father is really sick. This helps them so much getting around. He was able to relax and look out at the beautiful scenery. ( There is definitely a healing quality being near the water.) And I love the fact that I can put all the luggage and stuff in the elevator to take to each floor. Another plus, is that I can that I can bring my fur babies. I don't have children so my dogs are my children. It is nice that they are able to be with the family and not have to be boarded. Georgie and Hadley had a great time. We even celebrated Halloween in style. They wore their Halloween costumes when we went walking throughout the neighborhood. I had no idea so many deer were around but the girls sure did. A giant buck came walking thru the backyard. It was cool to see. Can't wait until next year. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. "Just a couple of concerns about the house ...... the ceiling fan in the room was really wobbly it had a broken glass cover on one of the light bulbs that I thought might come off if we would have left it on, also the sliding door on the living room balcony would not lock .... I think it was broken and also the bench seats on the living room balcony were unsafe to sit on .... if you sat back on them it seemed like they would break and someone would have been hurt really bad ... it's definitely not safe for especially small children... some of the boards were broken and a child could go right through them …… village realty was a great way to book this vacation I will book through them next tim"

"When we arrived, we had immediate issues with the door codes. Village Realty was exceptionally responsive in helping us real time to try a secondary code, and then in sending out a service person. They were able to replace batteries and gaskets with the door lock within an hour of us arriving. The house was a little dustier than normal though I would not consider the house dirty. Our house is in a beautiful location and this is our third year staying there."

"OBX One is probably one of the most amazing properties I have been in. I was fortunate enough to get a tour from the Owner who handpicked the decor and design. The theater room was like being in an actual movie theater. The pool area is spacious and spectacular along with the outdoor area for grilling. I'm not sure I would even leave the outside area. The inside of the home is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious along with the bathrooms. They have these really cool color changing light features in most of the bathrooms. The kitchen and the glass elevator would be my second favorites. And you can't forget about the view from the top level deck. If you are looking for a one of a kind event home, this is it!!! - Sarah W"

"Fantastic! The backyard was something special! I could definitely see a small wedding happening here. They had a catwalk that went into the kitchen, it was AMAZING.
