"Nice home with all the comforts of home. it even has a wine fridge and second fridge near the pool enjoyed the pool and hot tub so close to each other. The beds were very comfortable. We were right across the street from the beach and enjoyed less crowded beach. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely views of the Sound too! Furnishings were comfortable and only had issue with washer but a new one was delivered. Again very nice home."

"We stayed in the house "Beach Bound." This was new to the Village Realty rental portfolio. We had some issues with the hot tub and swimming pool filters. We also had no vacuum, when we arrived the vacuum had a note stating the belt needed to be replaced. Each and every call made to Village realty was answered and a prompt response to address the problem was given. When renting properties, you can't always blame the agency, remember they sometimes have to get permission from owners before any major work can be done. I would highly recommend Village Realty as every employee we spoke with did their due diligence in fixing the small issues we encountered."
