"This is my 2nd stay using Village Realty & I have had great experiences both times. The houses are very clean & the pool & hot tub are very well maintained. The staff come mid-week to check on the pool chemicals & to clean it. We had an issue with a leaky sink on a previous stay & Village was very quick to have someone come out to check & repair the issue. Village also has better rates then a lot of their competitors & I love that they offer early check in."

"Rented a house for my family in Corolla. It was a great area - close to the beach, shops and dining. We all loved the house & it was exactly as described. Big decks with swing chairs and plenty of seating outside for enjoying the views. The staff came during the week to take the garbage down and clean the grill. Had an amazing time with the pup too since the house was pet friendly. Looking forward to coming back next year!"

"We stayed at 104 Inlet Ct in KDH WITH A GROUP OF 10. This home was beautiful! With 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas and 2 living areas plus a private pool and hot tub, there was plenary of space for everyone. No fussing over who gets to wash clothes because there was two washers and dryers also. The home comes with plenty of cook where to fix a small meal or large meals along with plenty of plates, drink ware and utensils.Beautiful mornings waking up with the sound in the backyard and only a few moments from town. You can’t go wrong with this beauty!!"

"We stayed at a nice, clean little house on the beach. Unfortunately we stayed during a week of heavy rain. The flat roof of our house leaked in one of the two bedrooms, waking us up about 2am when the bed was getting wet.I called the office at 9am when they opened and they quickly sent out maintenance and housekeeping.With the rain continuing for days they were unable to stop the leak. We we offered a very nice, much larger home for the remainder of our stay, but unfortunately it was a couple blocks from the beach. All other homes on the beach were rented.Instead we opted to stay at the house using only 1 bedroom and kids slept on the couch and an air mattress in the living room. We were given a reimbursement of about 25%Everyone at Village Reality was very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly use them again for future vacation rentals in OBX."

"We stayed at SP8B and loved it! Perfect for 2 families (we had 10 pp). The house has plenty of beach chairs and bikes (no need to rent). A 1 minute walk to the beach off the back deck. Beautiful views. Very spacious inside! The pictures do not do it justice! Masters were very large! There are 2 masters and 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds and 2 rollaway. No trundle bed which was fine for us.great restaurants nearby. mahi mahi and beachcombers were our favs! Would book again for 2 families!"

Once I called to inquire about a property and the lady asked what my needs and budget were and made an amazing recommendation, better than the one I called about initially. Another time I booked with them, I declined trip insurance. The manager called me back to ask once more while reminding me it was hurricane season! I decided to take it and sure enough, we got evacuated day 2 of our vacation! After that experience and not losing all of our money, I vowed that I would never use another company. They didn’t have to go the extra mile, but they did! This last house was amazing, best house yet in OBX! Village Realty is top notch and I would highly recommend them!!
