"Where to begin with our OBX Vacation? We were skeptical about renting north of the National Park area of Avon as we have been vacationing there for the last 18 years, but our stay in Corolla this year adds more to our options now, with the help of Village Realty and the home we rented Harvest Moon. Village Realty has a great selection of properties to choose from like our vacation house that kicked off our 2022 summer just the way you want!!! We loved Harvest Moon, pet friendly home in Corolla, very clean when we arrived, nicely stocked kitchen ware and plenty of space for our family to enjoy. The sunset views were AWESOME whether watching from the deck or the private dock and the saltwater pool was just as refreshing as taking a dip in the ocean. The hot tub was perfect for those cool June nights. The location couldn’t be any closer to the shops, market and restaurants. We’ll definitely be looking forward to renting from Village Realty and enjoying the OBX for many more years!!!"

"We loved our condo from Village Realty! Pirates Cove location was beautiful — our canal-front rental offered gorgeous views, and the boardwalks were fantastic for walking — and absolutely perfect as a central location between Nags Head beaches and attractions and historic Manteo. Highly recommend the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island and getting a local “boil” for dinner! Village Realty was excellent in communications and preparing us for our visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again."

For renting:Great pet policy... if you have dogs, these folks are far away the best;Flexible... we chose to add a day and it took a 5 minute conversation (obviously we were not overlapping someone else who had a reservation)... they are family oriented... "Our family of 9 had a wonderful time at ShoreBeatsWorkin’ in Corolla! The house is very spacious giving everyone privacy yet plenty of places to congregate.The kitchen is very well stocked! We even used the panini press and just about every pot one night to cook dinner!The house is sparkling clean, the beds are very comfortable and the property is a short walk to the beach even with children and equipment in tow. We were visiting off season which was very quiet.We found the Village Realty staff to be helpful, professional and quick to answer our questions or to resolve even the smallest request! I will use VR again. It was a seamless rental and our first time to Corolla which gave us a memorable and peaceful vacation! Thank you to the owners and to the management company!"

"The entire experience of booking an obx vacation with Village Realty was excellent. The website is easy to navigate and I didn'tfeel nickel and dimed to death like with some other companies. The communication through text and email was alsogreat. Not too much but very thorough. Our rental, Carolina Treat in Nags Head was beautiful and clean and exactly as stated on the website. We were going a bit off season and wanted a place with a pool that would be open in case the ocean was a bit too cold. Happily, the pool was open in mid May!The oceanfront proximity to the beach was perfect for my elderly mother in law who can't walk too far. I will definitely be booking through them over other competitors in the future!"

"This was our fifth trip to OBX and the best house yet. It was the first house that had enough chairs around the pool for everyone, enough dishes, cups, silverware, everything! The great room was HUGE and also had enough seating. The game room was big enough to use as another bedroom. Also this was the cleanest house we've rented. We had a great vacation!"

"We contacted them to let them that the gas grill at our rental was rusted out. Within half hour maintenance for Village Realty was at door of out rental. Took pic of old grill and went up to Home Depot bought and put together a new grill. We had new grill for our vacation and had wonderful burgers on new grill. Beef kabobs the next night. We've been renting with Village for 25 years. They provide towels and bed sheets. Gotta love that."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Dolphin Watch (D24). It is the perfect beach house. The location, amenities and the fact it's so well-maintained made for the perfect vacation. Being able to use the pool at the Village Beach Club House is an extra perk. There is so much to see and do when you are in Nags Head. Plenty of places to shop and eat. One of our new favorite restaurants is the Blue Moon Beach Grill. It won't disappoint. Of course, I can 't forget our wonderful meal at Tale of the Whale. Looking forward to coming back next year."

"Village Realty thinks of every possible detail providing a seamless process to maximize vacation enjoyment!! Living Water quickly became our home away from home last week. You can’t go wrong with all the amenities of Currituck Club, including free activities and our favorite— shuttle service to and from the beach!! We enjoyed the Lighthouse 5K race series at close by Whalehead Club and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Lots of unique shopping opportunities in Corolla, including TimBuck II. Love the atmosphere of the northern OBX!!"

We had a small issue with the hot tub and a couple other questions along the way and Village realty was very responsive. The instructions that were sent on payment, entrance to the home as well as check out were simple and easy. We had a wonderful experience!"
