"Thinking about hosting an event here? DO IT! The service was magnificent. I got married in Miami and got a hotel block here and also had our welcome drinks and rehearsal dinner here. Everything was short of amazing. First of Tarnisha and Elivette rocked. They responded to all my emails quickly and day of events ran super smooth. The on site concierge team were also super friendly and checked in on us several times. We stayed at the penthouse for the week and loved everything about it. I was surprised by the quality of the food during rehearsal dinner and everyone loved it."

"We loved our stay at OBX Nags Head. This is our 8th year and this home was great with its game room and spacious kitchen. One small issue with the pool but nothing that cramped the week!"

"We got the suite on the top floor which had a beautiful view of the beach. Clean and neat with fancy toiletries. The snacks have an automatic detection when removed for more than a minute which was interesting as we haven’t come across this before. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again :)"

"We just spent a week in Manteo at Peninsula 01 and had the best time. Village Realty was easy to contact from the initial reservation through check in and check out. I loved having the option for early check in! It gave our family a little more time to avoid traffic and spend time together. The home was beautifully maintained and Village Realty was ready with texts for updates. Highly recommend this home and this agency."

"We spent the month of January in 30a Kinda Day, hosted by 30a Beach Girls. The property was just as pictured, clean, well equipped and better than expected. I loved that if we needed anything I could just text them and they were prompt to respond. I can’t wait to spend another vacation in one of their properties!"

"Very happy with Village Realty. This is my first time renting through them. June, 2022 I had rented what I thought was the perfect home for our family May, 2023 vacation. My sister uses a walker and an elevator was a requirement. In mid March, 2023 (6 weeks before our vacation) I received a call from my rental company and was told the elevator was out of order and wouldn't be repaired prior to our stay. I was offered a $50 credit to accept the home without an elevator. This rental was $11.5K for the week. $50 would not get my sister up the stairs. I was refunded my $5K deposit and started searching for another home. I contacted 7 agencies and only one (Village Realty) responded. I received a call within 10 minutes of emailing the company. Village Realty (sorry I forgot the agent's name) offered me 3 properties to review (all were EXACTLY what I was looking for!). I booked Cobia and our vacation there was perfect. The home was well furnished, clean and extremely comfortable. For my next Nags Head vacation, I will certainly be contacting Village Realty FIRST (and probably only!)"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Linkside3. The house was perfect for 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The house was very clean. Would stay here again. A plus was having beachside parking. The only recommendation would be to leave the pool open until 6pm. Otherwise perfect stay."

"It was a pleasure renting from Village Realtor in Corolla, NC. The house (Ezduzit), was everything my family and I expected and more. The only thing we had to purchase was food. The rooms was spacious and beautifully decorated. We all had a wonderful time. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even though it was on the sound side, It was within walking distance of the beach. Beautiful view of ocean and trail."

"What a great experience. We rented a beach front house with the most beautiful view. Watching the sun rise with a coffee in my hand over the ocean was incredible. The house was clean and had everything we needed other than groceries. The pool and hot tub were also clean and added an extra level of fun. We were originally going to take dogs and paid the fee and when we changed our mind they gave the dog fee back without question. We will definitely be doing this again with Village Realty. They made it a great first experience with renting a beach house. Worth every penny."

Our rental property was very clean with all linens provided which was great. I especially loved that we had a key code to enter and didn’t have to worry about stopping by the office to get keys. "There really isn't a lot to complain about with Seaduction in Corolla. The newer owners seem to be making lots of improvements so it actually was nicer than the photos! Minor quibbles, like low water pressure (Don't take a shower when someone runs the DW!) didn't spoil a really nice week. Plenty of space for everyone to be together (two daughter, their husbands and a granddaughter), yet easy ways to seek out some privacy on the decks, rec room or by the pool. Kitchen was great (even with a weird fridge location) with plenty of new utensils and cookware. We noted the spa was malfunctioning and wasps had built nests in the base. The owners had maintenance take care of the wasp nest right away. And they noted that the spa was intended to be replaced but was on backorder, like many things these days. A couple more chairs or lounges at the pool might be nice but we never had any issues despite 6 adults there. Overall really good responsive owners who definitely are making excellent improvements to the home. 5+ stars! Check in was easy. We received plenty of updates via email regarding the status of the cleaning before we arrived. Keyless entry was really nice also. The only thing I would note about Village Realty was some weak communication about amenities. We inquired about beach chairs, towels and toys. They said none provided as none were in the listing. Yet when we arrived we found LOTS of beach stuff. I could have left a lot of things at home! I'll give them a pass with the new owners, but they could have contacted them to ask, especially as the owners were very responsive directly with us during our stay. 4.75 stars We would definitely recommend both Village Realty and Seaduction for a great vacation in Corolla!"
