"Our stay at Mermaids Cove was absolutely one of the best we have ever had. The unit was amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked and very clean. The elevator was definitely a plus for me.! The view of the sunrise right in front of our balcony was wonderful. We hope to be able to be back next year. It was our first time staying at OBX for a week. We usually stay at North Myrtle but the things to do and convenience at Nags Head were wonderful."

"Aquaholic was definitely a 5 star experience on the Outer Banks. The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was oceanfront and very well appointed. The pool was clean and large. The rinse off areas for beach equipment and your flipflops were conveniently located. I'd stay here again."

"We had a fantastic week! We stayed in Hamp's landing. The house had everything that you needed. The grandkids enjoyed the ping pong table and the hot tub. We love the neighborhood of Southridge. I would watch the sun rise in the morning while sitting on the deck drinking my coffee and you can walk to the sound in the evenings to watch the sun set. The best part was Village Realty notified us with a text to let us know that the house was ready, and the text was sent BEFORE the 4:00pm check in time. Great house!"

"Our stay at the Envious Escape in the Currituck Club was a great one. The house was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The screened in porch was a great place to hang out by the pool area. The large side yard was a great place for family games. The staff at Village Realty was very helpful from making our reservation, during our stay, and check out. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient if you don’t want to drive. Duck Donuts is a must for breakfast, conveniently located just outside the club, as is Off the Wall Taphouse that is a great place with many beers on tap with delicious food. Bernie's Brother up route 12 is a great dinner location. For a family activity, i suggest Pirates Island Golf in Corolla. Shopping at Timbuck II is a must for all your souvenirs. Would highly recommend Village Realty for your OBX vacation."

When I booked for this March, they assured me that the rentals had passed all inspections and represented what was on their website. "We stayed at Windswept Ridge Villas. So beautiful. So roomy. We had a small family engagement party for my daughter. It was a great success. The tram driver helped us get to the right place for our wrist bands on the first day.Beautiful pool with the Tiki bar. Great access to shopping. We had a wonderful time."

"We stayed at Roller Coastal in Nags Head and it was spectacular!! The home was as pictured and very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved all the extras like the cooking pans and utensils. The elevator made life a breeze when carrying in groceries and luggage instead of climbing the 3 flights of stairs. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely return. This is our 2nd trip booked with Village Realty and ready to book our 3rd trip. The beach was a very short walk to the public access. Safe and quiet area. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the home was ready on time! We appreciated the text message letting us know when it was ready, housekeeping did a wonderful job getting the home ready for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Quaint 2BR, 1 Bath beach cottage was clean and tastefully decorated! Had problem with bathtub drain upon arrival but found a drain cleaning stick in the sink cabinet that solved the somewhat gross hair clog problem. Village Realty was very easy to work with and very on top of sending updates and instructions for our rental. With the electronic lock no formal check-in was required; a big plus for our 4am arrival! The Village Realty "Welcome" bag with starter household supplies was an absolute bonus and fantastic business idea! Hands down would recommend Village Realty!!"

"Our multigenerational group had a great week at Blue Moon in Nags Head. We opted for early check-in, and were thrilled when we arrived at 1:30 and the entire house was immaculate. We did have an issue with two faulty minifridges, one of which was tripping the electric to a few bedrooms when opened, but we were able to troubleshoot and the Village Realty folks were able to send someone out same day to take a look. Due to the Memorial Day holiday, a maintenance tech came back out later in the week and got both running. Communication was excellent via text and phone! The location of the house was fantastic, and great for all ages - from 2 years old to 70s. We appreciated the king beds, the wrap around decks, the short walk to the beach, and all of the extra touches, including baby spoons. We hope to be back!"
