"This house was even more beautiful in person! The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of additional blankets and pillows for use on every floor. "Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at Charleys Place (through Village Realty). The house was very clean and everything was in working order. Check in/out was fast and easy. House had plenty of cooking and eating utencils. Stay included access to the pool at the club house. Absolutely loved our stay and look forward to going back soon!"

"It was a pleasure working with Village Realty while staying at their Sea Glass property in Corolla, NC with my family over the Christmas holiday. The pictures online did not do this home justice! The home was so stunningly beautiful and has everything we needed to make our stay memorable including a cabinet full of board games! The only issue we had was that the lower level of the home did not seem to have heat. Everyone that was sleeping in the rooms down there ended up sleeping upstairs. Other than that everything was amazing! I would definitely stay with them again. They were also very helpful in communicating possible outages and flooding due to a storm in the area. They informed us that our property was not impacted and the direction we could come in order to avoid issues while traveling."

"Great location and great house. We were in the perfect location and the perfect house!! Loved everything about it. Had an issue with cable and had someone out same day. Great communication via text, email, etc. We loved it and it was a great family vacation. Just wish we would have had a couple extra days to enjoy all the amenities of the area/resort."

"Just returned from a week in Corolla! The house was beautiful and very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, the gas grill was clean and ready for use. The property was very clean and having linens provided was such a nice amenity. The pool was on the smaller side but the upside of a smaller pool is that it was warm considering the time of year! I wasn't sure about being in a "community" but it turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip. The access to the indoor pool was perfect for the few rainy days we had, and several people in our group fished the nearby ponds everyday catching multiple species of fish from Bass to Gar. I had to contact Village Realty once during the trip and they were friendly, attentive, and handled my request with professionalism. This is the second year renting from Village realty and each time has been a wonderful experience!"

"Beautiful home! Had a wonderful trip. The automated text messages were helpful and served as good reminders. Everything was easy to access. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and storing food. Customer service was very good about compensating for house keeping forgetting to clean the home prior to check-in. This was the only main inconvenience, but it was professionally handled. Would highly recommend."
