"Had a beautiful week in Nags Head. The house was beautiful! Kitchen had everything you needed and more! Everything was clean and ready by 4:00 check-in. Village Realty sent text messages before we arrived so we had all the information. Check out was just as easy. The only issue I had was at 2 different times, workers were sent to the house (once to repair a microwave and once to pressure wash top deck) with no notice. I realize maintenance and other things need to be done during the week, I only wish we were notified that they would be coming and have to come in the house. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely contact Village Realty the next time we vacation in the Outer Banks!"

One of the smoke detectors was beeping when we arrived and Village Realty maintenance came immediately after we called. "Our stay in Corolla was magical, and the home we rented made it even more so. We loved the bright interior (especially the top floor), the lovely porches and decks, the proximity to the beach (not even a 5 min walk) and the comfortable rooms. Everything was beautifully appointed, and the decor was calming and pleasant. We found everything we needed; all the comforts of home. Our favorite part of the home? My kids vote for the hot tub, my husband loved the porch…but I LOVED the cozy loft area on the top floor. It was such a lovely place to relax after a fun filled day. While in the OBX, we enjoyed just hanging out on the beach (the strip close to the house is lovely), hitting Jockeys Ridge State Park, and fishing at Jenette’s Pier (we didn’t catch any fish, but we DID see wild dolphins!!)."

"Had another great week at Sea-Duced. We have rented several times and it's always a great fit for my family. Tons of room, new remodel in master bath, Everything you could possible need in the kitchen, and what a view. Village Realty has always done a great job and this trip was no exception. "Thank you Village Realty for an awesome week! This was the first time just my husband and I came down alone so we needed just a place for us and OMG did Village Realty come through!! Our place was spot on! As silly as it sounds the tall bench on the deck was the star of the show! We watched Sunrises, Dolphins, Birds, had coffee, awesome seafood, people watched and just enjoyed the spectacular view! The place was clean, well organized and had everything in the Kitchen one could ever need. It even had a Keurig! The washer and dryer worked beautifully. The elevator was a must have. The covered parking was perfect for my large SUV. It had a very nice grilling station. The TV was easy to use. It was in the heart of KDH which meant we could ride our bikes to everywhere. I don't know what kind of beds this place had but we slept like rocks - so very comfy! The linens were commercially cleaned and already made. We got to the house after hours and we couldn't get in - called Village and in minutes the wonderful person on the phone helped me with MY keying error! Later in the week my husband tried to walk thru the screen to the deck - Again Village came to rescue and said no worries they would put in a work order for it to be fixed. We loved going to SeaGreen Gallery, Austin Seafood, the Blue Moon and KDH Grill, hanging on the beach, flying kites, bike riding and sitting at that Bench just watching the waves come in! Thanks again Village Realty for an awesome time!!"

"Stayed in a great house in nags head over Easter. Linens were provided and commercially laundered and the house was clean when we arrived. One of the hot water heaters was not working and village realty fixed it same day. I would definitely stay again."

"Well maintained, easily accessible with elevator to all floors along with one full suite on 2nd level with access to all amenities including walkout to beach. Fully equipped house and comfortable furnishings throughout. Couldn't have picked a better vacation rental! Close to restaurants, groceries, attractions and great views right onto the beach!"

"I have used this company twice now. They have a no contact and keyless check in and check out. They provide towels and starters for nearly everything you need. I will always use them to book a trip to the Outer Banks."

"Five of us "older" women rented from Village Realty this week. We had a couple of very minor issues and they responded immediately to our concerns. They even sent someone (Julie) to help us unload the vehicle and carry everything inside. I have never rented from anyone better. I highly recommend this company."

"Very accommodating and clear communication with the rental company. They answered all questions very quickly. Pictures on the website of the house we stayed in were 100 percent accurate. Our house was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had plenty of space and their own bathroom. 1 block from the beach was perfect to make for a quick walk. Beds were very comfortable. The area feels very safe. Nice flat area for walking and jogging. The horse beach is only 5 miles away. If I could change anything it would be that the pool was open- our Maine kids thought it was warm enough to swim in a pool! We stayed 4/16-4/22. I would advise planning ahead to order groceries- we did insta-cart when we arrived. It didn’t arrive until almost 11pm. Otherwise everything was perfect and would definitely stay there again. Coffee on the large upper deck was our favorite part of the morning!"

"My family has taken a yearly spring break trip to The Outer Banks since 2016. We have rented our vacation homes through Village Realty ever trip. We have never been disappointed!! Village Realty has wonderful customer service, the homes are always clean and well appointed. We love cooking and the kitchens are always well supplied. "Wonderful week on the Outer Banks at Nag's Head. This was our first OBX visit, and our cottage was perfectly positioned for our family. With teens, the short walk to the beach was so easy, and we were only a short drive from all the attractions we wanted to visit. Could not have asked for a better location. Our cottage was just perfect - lovely and clean, with a super-cute beach vibe and every amenity we needed. Comfy beds, everything in tip-top working order, and with a bedroom for everyone we never felt crowded. We look forward to staying here again!"

"The entire rental process with Village Realty was great. We paid the deposit, paid the remainder on time, they communicated regularly to let us know how things were going up to check-in, and they were quick to respond to any questions once we were checked in. We love the Outer Banks, and will be visiting more and more ... and Village Realty will be our number one go-to for rentals. Did I mention that they are pet friendly and military friendly? A HUGE plus. Our rental was only .2 mi from the beach, and we could see and hear the ocean from our balconies."

"We have rented through Village Realty on two different occasions. Their homes are wonderful to rent and we have recommended them to others looking to visit the Outer Banks. The house we stayed in this spring was extremely well appointed. It is a bonus that the homes come with linen packages, so that means less that you have to pack! They are an easy company to work with and after you make a reservation you are provided with a link to the site that has all the information you could need. If you can't find an answer to your question through your personal reservation, then you can easily call and talk with a person who will help. I highly recommend renting through them."

"My Family stayed at the Park Place in OBX. The Home was very large and fit my family perfectly. It needs updating. Had some problems throughout the week. Village Reality was great. Did what they could To fix the problems. The walkway to the beach needs to be redone/fixed, nails up so had to make sure everyone had good shoes on. Need a push button door lock on first floor entrance. Was happy it had an elevator being I am recovering from a broken leg but was not able to get in till the second floor. Thankfully I was able to walk the one floor to get into the house! Still all in all was a great time! Great area, great shopping, great restaurants!"

"The unit itself was FANTASTIC. It was larger than we expected, the views were outstanding, the furniture comfortable, the amenties awesome. It was the little things that really stood out though: sun blocking curtains in the owner's bedroom for those wanted to sleeep. Grocery carts in the garage for us to use to bring up our stuff; we made it in one trip! The kitchen was fully stocked; we only had to run the dishwasher twice because there we so many glasses, plates, etc. We ate in all but two of our meals, please note: bring ALL your spices, even salt and pepper. This is our second time with Village Realty and we could not be happier. The unit was very clean and the communication with their staff was excellent. There was one issue reported by the people who rented the unit the previous week and Village Realty told us when the maintance crew would be arriving and what to do in case we were out. We will definitely rent with Village Realty (hopefully in this unit) in the furture."

"Have stayed with village realty for three years. Very responsive, pleasant staff. Maintenance comes right over to address repairs or any issues. With the high turnover rate of these vacation rentals, they do a good job of having the house ready upon arrival and try to address concerns promptly."
