"My family and I come to Nags Head for years and like all the years before, we had an amazing time. Every year we say "this was the best year yet" and as usual, our family gave reasons as to why this year was the best. We came down during the week of July 4th so needless to say it was extremely busy on the island. Everything that Village Realty did screamed professionalism, they made sure that families were enjoying themselves while maintaining safety. For example, storms washed out the beach access ramp and less than 24 hours later it was rebuilt (not an easy task). At the end of the week, another storm washed away the club access from the beach however, once again, it completely replaced in less than 24 hours. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was nice and the drinks were cold, bravo Village, bravo!!!"

"Village Realty associates are informative, courteous, and expedite requests. We've used Village previously and have no complaints about this agency. The homes however are only "top-cleaned," but that's to be expected when the cleaners are given only 4 hours or so to clean these large homes thoroughly. This home, Wine Down in the Currituck Country Club area, was well appointed with dishes and glassware but not too much of it matched, and all of the drawers and cabinets were packed full and unorganized. But this is a home that we rented and occupied for only one week, so I guess it's not so much of an issue for a short time. We made do quite nicely! Having said that, we would rent this home again because of its location, views, pool, and overall layout. It's rather expensive for a one-week rental in mid-August (but aren't they all??) but compared to where we live in NJ it's a great deal. That is why we continue to make the 9–10-hour drive and come back to OBX for great family vacations."

"I called a few times prior to check in with questions and everyone was always very helpful. I had Amazon packages sent to the Corolla office in advance of our arrival and the two women working were friendly and welcoming. The house was nice, great location, the deck area could’ve been cleaner. They came and checked on the pool and hot tub mid week which was nice. After checking in someone stopped by to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. Would rent with them again!"

"We did a mother/daughter trip and it was the first time for all of to the Outer Banks. We really enjoyed the Outer Banks and Z's Retreat. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable and more than enough space for the 4 of us. Private parking at the beach was a nice perk. Village Realty was really easy to work with and got back with all questions we had very quickly. Would definitely use them again for our next trip to OBX."

"We had a wonderful family vacation week in Corolla this August in a very comfortable, well stocked home. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and screened in porch and had a lovely view of Crystal lake with a shaded back yard. We had an easy walk to the beach and enjoyed all the bike paths and fun things to do in Corolla. Overall, one of our best vacations ever! "Five adults, four kids under 10, and a baby stayed in the rental. There was plenty of room, pool and hot tub cleaned midweek, and clear, consistent communication from Village Realty leading up to and throughout our stay. We couldn’t figure out how to turn our showers on. I submitted a maintenance request at 11 pm, someone was there by 9 am to help us out. Luckily, we didn’t anything the rest of the week but I’m confident we would have been taken care of quickly and sufficiently if we had."

"The Raven's Nest was a wonderful house to rent for our vacation. The balconies wrap around the house giving you multiple views of the ocean and ocean view. The location was so convenient to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The bedrooms had plenty of room. The master bathroom was awesome. The other bathrooms made it nice as there was one on each floor making it great for young children. The kitchen, dining and living area were so spacious. The backyard being fenced in made it perfect for our dogs to run and enjoy themselves. So we all got to relax. Plus there was an outdoor shower great for us and the pups. The walk to the beach was short which was perfect for us old people and the young ones too. We even got to participate in the loggerhead turtles being born. The water was delightful."
