We have been staying with Village Realty since 2006, and always stayed in the same house because we love it so much. SN23 Lookout was like a part of our family! Sadly, the home was sold, and the new owners are not renting it out this year. Village Realty listened to our needs & found exactly what we wanted in a vacation home...SN15 Renaissance. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated & it looked just like the pictures! We spent extra time indoors this trip due to the weather, and Renaissance took good care of us! We can firmly say that we would never dream of working with another realty company on the Outer Banks. Village Realty delivers above & beyond every time!"

"We stayed at Sunny Side. It was a great house. It has great views and a heated pool. We did have a rough start due to weather. But we did enjoy ourselves. The weather did get better at the end of our stay. We got in the pool which was great because of the heated pool. At the beginning of our stay we had trouble adjusting the air conditioning and heat and also had a little trouble working the tv. Village Realty was great. They came immediately.to check out the problem. They got the people who take care of the air and heat to fix the problem. Village Realty also got the TV working properly. They brought a new dvd player and we were in business. When we come to the Outer Banks, we always use Village Realty. We found that they care and are always quick to help. On this trip we manage to lock ourselves out. We had to go to the office to report this. By the time we got back to the house they had someone there who was able to get us back into the house."

"Had a beautiful week in Nags Head. The house was beautiful! Kitchen had everything you needed and more! Everything was clean and ready by 4:00 check-in. Village Realty sent text messages before we arrived so we had all the information. Check out was just as easy. The only issue I had was at 2 different times, workers were sent to the house (once to repair a microwave and once to pressure wash top deck) with no notice. I realize maintenance and other things need to be done during the week, I only wish we were notified that they would be coming and have to come in the house. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely contact Village Realty the next time we vacation in the Outer Banks!"

"Village Realty was able to help us find a last minute rental after our original rental fell through. The home "Beachin' at Boomer's" was beautifully appointed and an easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. Large yard for the dogs. The 3 bedroom home had 2 baths and a loft with an additional bed. Would be great for small families or 4 couples who don't mind sharing bathrooms. Would stay there again."
