"Our stay in Corolla was magical, and the home we rented made it even more so. We loved the bright interior (especially the top floor), the lovely porches and decks, the proximity to the beach (not even a 5 min walk) and the comfortable rooms. Everything was beautifully appointed, and the decor was calming and pleasant. We found everything we needed; all the comforts of home. Our favorite part of the home? My kids vote for the hot tub, my husband loved the porch…but I LOVED the cozy loft area on the top floor. It was such a lovely place to relax after a fun filled day. While in the OBX, we enjoyed just hanging out on the beach (the strip close to the house is lovely), hitting Jockeys Ridge State Park, and fishing at Jenette’s Pier (we didn’t catch any fish, but we DID see wild dolphins!!)."

"Thank you Village Realty for an awesome week! This was the first time just my husband and I came down alone so we needed just a place for us and OMG did Village Realty come through!! Our place was spot on! As silly as it sounds the tall bench on the deck was the star of the show! We watched Sunrises, Dolphins, Birds, had coffee, awesome seafood, people watched and just enjoyed the spectacular view! The place was clean, well organized and had everything in the Kitchen one could ever need. It even had a Keurig! The washer and dryer worked beautifully. The elevator was a must have. The covered parking was perfect for my large SUV. It had a very nice grilling station. The TV was easy to use. It was in the heart of KDH which meant we could ride our bikes to everywhere. I don't know what kind of beds this place had but we slept like rocks - so very comfy! The linens were commercially cleaned and already made. We got to the house after hours and we couldn't get in - called Village and in minutes the wonderful person on the phone helped me with MY keying error! Later in the week my husband tried to walk thru the screen to the deck - Again Village came to rescue and said no worries they would put in a work order for it to be fixed. We loved going to SeaGreen Gallery, Austin Seafood, the Blue Moon and KDH Grill, hanging on the beach, flying kites, bike riding and sitting at that Bench just watching the waves come in! Thanks again Village Realty for an awesome time!!"

"We did a big family vacation and this was our first time in OBX for any of us. Village Realty was a great company to use for our rental. Their website was easy to use to make payments for our vacation and the portal had a lot of useful information. We had keyless entry and it was easy-to-use for all of us to come and go with ease. We were directly across the street from the beach which was nice and easy when making the trip over with all our beach gear. We stayed at the Saltrock. House was beautiful with plenty of room for the 12 of us. All the amenities from hot tub, large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, inground pool, outdoor shower and large carport. We would definitely use Village Realty again and hope to visit OBX again in the future."

"This was our second year renting with Village Realty. They were very helpful in accommodating our needs. We can’t wait for next year! We stayed in Heaven on Seven in Currituck Club both years. This house is perfect for our family and we plan to rent this one again next year. The trolley pick up is at the end of the driveway and the beach valet makes hauling all of our stuff to the beach a breeze! It’s minutes from the grocery store and countless restaurants. "We just had an amazing trip staying in Northern Corolla! We had an issue with the bunk beds in the house when we arrived. The team that answered the phone was awesome, the maintenance team was on property, and addressed the issue well. Things won't always be perfect, but the sign of a great company is how quickly they resolve issues as they come up. Our house fit our needs perfectly. We fished the lake, walked to the beach, enjoyed the pool, and loved the Catina and Corolla BBQ! We are ready to book again for next year! Thank you Village Realty!"

"This is our second year renting with Village Realty. The staff is ALWAYS super courteous and most helpful no matter how crazy the question may be! The location of our home was perfect and the pool was an extra bonus with 2 little ones who can easily tire from a day at the beach. There are attractions galore on the Outer Banks (Jockeys Ridge, Manteo, Alligator Reserve, Elizabethan Gardens, Ashleys Expresso…oh…and Ice Cream choices galore (!)…but the absolute best thing to do is vacationing in a beautiful place and being with your family! "Stayed in a great house in nags head over Easter. Linens were provided and commercially laundered and the house was clean when we arrived. One of the hot water heaters was not working and village realty fixed it same day. I would definitely stay again."

Fully equipped house and comfortable furnishings throughout. Couldn't have picked a better vacation rental! Close to restaurants, groceries, attractions and great views right onto the beach!"
