"I loved my rental home in Nags Head. It was larger than the pictures lead me to believe. Highly impressed. It had everything I needed and more. They even had bikes, a cooler, and beach toys in the garage. The game room was fun. Plenty of cookware. All I needed to buy was aluminum foil. I do wish they had a better grill. I can't wait to stay here again."

"Village realty was easy to book through their website. When there was something that needed to be fixed they were easy to reach. Only thing i will say is they need a better cleaning company. Under couches were very dusty and we found other people socks under the bed."

"We rented Shorely Blessed and it was great. The house was in great condition. It was well furnished, the kitchen had all the pots, pans and appliances (large and countertop) needed for a perfect week away. The beds were comfortable. The entire house was clean. It's very close to the beach and you can walk into town as well. I highly recommend staying at this house."

"This was my second vacation to OBX in Corolla and the house was wonderful. Village Realty keep me up to date via emails and texts to let me know what to expect (arrival, departure, key code, trash, cleaning, etc). House was clean and we did have an instance where the pool filtration started leaking while there so we called the emergency hotline which was easy to use and they had a pool professional there fixing it in the morning. Great experience and I will definitely use Village Realty in the future."

"We had a great week!! Dune Nada in Kitty Hawk was just a short block off the beach and was the perfect size for us. Updated kitchen and living area was great for gathering and making family memories. Village Realty made the process of renting easy and were great at communicating everything we needed to know. We will most def use them next year and hope that Dune Nada becomes the spot for us the “Do Nothing” every year."

"Our stay at the Freebird house was absolutely perfect! OBX never disappoints, but this house, in particular, met our needs perfectly. Great views of the ocean from the upper deck, even though it is not oceanfront. Conveniently located close to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. And, the walk to the beach was very reasonable. Wonderful week at OBX!"

"Our favorite vacation rental yet! Over-By The Beach in Corolla is a beautiful house and all transactions with Village Realty were super easy and friendly. We can't stop talking about how nice our stay was. The relatively new owners have made great updates/upgrades to the house - it was so comfortable and relaxing. Loved the pool and bar area (played Tiki Toss all week), new outside shower and 1/2 bath were great, modern updates throughout the house. "Our stay at Mermaids Cove was absolutely one of the best we have ever had. The unit was amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked and very clean. The elevator was definitely a plus for me.!The view of the sunrise right in front of our balcony was wonderful. We hope to be able to be back next year. It was our first time staying at OBX for a week. We usually stay at North Myrtle but the things to do and convenience at Nags Head were wonderful."
