"We rented a brand new vacation house (M853: Just Horsin Around) that had the ideal location in Corolla, NC! It was short drive to the beach with plenty of parking. We were also close to cute shops and restaurants. There was a grocery store close by so we had the option to cook meals at the house as well. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans and other cooking essentials. We also used the grill one night at the house.The whole house was decorated beautifully and we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out to do various activities. The communication ahead of our arrival and the keyless entry made for a streamlined check in and check out process.The pool and hot tub were ideal for our family when we had enough beach time for the day. They also had beach chairs at the house and a small sun shade that we utilized all week. That saved us from renting these things during our stay.The only negative thing about our stay was our booking experience on VRBO. The listing advertised a military discount. We booked over the weekend while Village Realty was closed. We did not want to lose the house, so we called VRBO to confirm we could book and still be credited the discount. We were advised to book. When we reached out Village Realty during business hours, we were told they could not credit us the discount since we already booked on VRBO. It was very disappointing that we were poorly advised by VRBO and that Village Realty didn’t make it right by us."

"Village Realty was amazing!Their website is so user friendly, the personal portal made things super easy and check in and check out was the easiest I’ve ever experienced. My family has been going to the OBX for 20 years. This is the first time we’ve used Village Realty and will definitely use them again!"

"Very accommodating and clear communication with the rental company. They answered all questions very quickly.Pictures on the website of the house we stayed in were 100 percent accurate. Our house was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had plenty of space and their own bathroom.1 block from the beach was perfect to make for a quick walk. Beds were very comfortable.The area feels very safe. Nice flat area for walking and jogging. The horse beach is only 5 miles away.If I could change anything it would be that the pool was open- our Maine kids thought it was warm enough to swim in a pool! We stayed 4/16-4/22.I would advise planning ahead to order groceries- we did insta-cart when we arrived. It didn’t arrive until almost 11pm.Otherwise everything was perfect and would definitely stay there again. Coffee on the large upper deck was our favorite part of the morning!"

"I loved my rental home in Nags Head. It was larger than the pictures lead me to believe. Highly impressed. It had everything I needed and more. They even had bikes, a cooler, and beach toys in the garage. The game room was fun. Plenty of cookware. All I needed to buy was aluminum foil. I do wish they had a better grill.I can't wait to stay here again."

"As you first arrive to the house we booked through village reality, you’re going to pinch yourself. I believe they take it to the next step on their rental properties. Any issues they’re there to help, and the call center is very accommodating and understanding. The pool was a welcoming presence whether you wanted to swim or lounge. The short walk to the beach, beckons you to explore outer banks’ stellar beaches and inspiring scenery.The house itself, a three story “goliath”, provides plenty of adult relaxation and room for children to explore. My family consisted of 14 beachcombers, some being their first time to the outer banks could not have asked for a more accommodating vessel. Each bedroom had its necessary accoutrements, and I believe it fulfilled their needs to the fullest. The private volleyball court, and hot tub were just cake toppers to the rest of the trip. I truly enjoyed this visit and will definitely be a return visitor to the village realty site for future vacations."

"Our house Too Easy was a great house and in a beautiful neighborhood. The rooms were spacious for our two families. The house overlooked over the golf course. We took the trolley to the beach and met some very nice people on the ride. I would rent this house again! Village Realty s great yo work with and responds quickly if you have any problems or questions.It was a great week! 🏖🌅🌊"

Nice condo to host family over for dinner after a day at the beach and watch the sunset.Village Realty is superb, communication via text and e-mail up to and during our visit was top-notch; even came back and washed the floors because it didn't pass their inspection."

The covered decking was our favorite place to hang out - and December highs in the 60’s allowed a lot of deck time. Can’t wait to stay here again."

"The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable and a great location. Gorgeous views from the deck for sunrises ans stars at night. Brewery by the Currituck club on the way home from the beach a perfect stop. Lots of options close by for wave runners and pontoon boats. You can golf Currituck club or Holly Ridge and then shop in Duck or Corolla.This was our second year and we were not disappointed."

"Quaint 2BR, 1 Bath beach cottage was clean and tastefully decorated! Had problem with bathtub drain upon arrival but found a drain cleaning stick in the sink cabinet that solved the somewhat gross hair clog problem.Village Realty was very easy to work with and very on top of sending updates and instructions for our rental. With the electronic lock no formal check-in was required; a big plus for our 4am arrival!The Village Realty "Welcome" bag with starter household supplies was an absolute bonus and fantastic business idea! Hands down would recommend Village Realty!!"

"We stayed at Shell's Shack for the first time and had a wonderful time! The house was in great condition and very well equipped with furniture, games, and kitchenware. The new poolside serving area and cabana are a great touch. The house is close to many amenities in Corolla so there's not much need to go down to Duck.The only negative was that some of the outdoor plastic chairs are in need of replacing. Two broke when we sat on them, so they should be reviewed and some replaced. But all in all, a wonderful stay!"

"We stayed at Kara's Sandcastle this past week (July 31 2022 to August 7 2022). The house was very well cared for, it was clean, there was everything that you would think (dish soap, hand soap, clean towels, even beach chairs and carts to pull stuff to the beach.)The house is dog friendly (though we left our dog at home), very close to the beach, shops and food stores.We had a minor hiccup with the entry code and Village Realty resolved that in less than 10 minutes after I texted them. The check in and check out process were both very quick and easy, I just texted them that we were leaving and that was it."
