They even had bikes, a cooler, and beach toys in the garage. The game room was fun. Plenty of cookware. All I needed to buy was aluminum foil. "We had a great time. Will rent with Village Realty again, and likely the same property. The beach house in Kill Devils Hill was amazing. The property was clean and spacious. We stayed in December, so the pool was closed, but we used the hot tub. The property had just about everything we needed with regards to a fully-equipped kitchen. I just wish there were some champaign flutes and pitchers. I also wish there were some beach chairs available for use. We got some beautiful weather in December, and it would've been nice to have a couple beach chairs available. Village Realty was great with giving me updates via email and text messages. We had an electronic lock, so check in and out was a breeze. They were also responsive to an issue we had.Will recommend to friends and family."

"Where to begin with our OBX Vacation? We were skeptical about renting north of the National Park area of Avon as we have been vacationing there for the last 18 years, but our stay in Corolla this year adds more to our options now, with the help of Village Realty and the home we rented Harvest Moon.Village Realty has a great selection of properties to choose from like our vacation house that kicked off our 2022 summer just the way you want!!! We loved Harvest Moon, pet friendly home in Corolla, very clean when we arrived, nicely stocked kitchen ware and plenty of space for our family to enjoy. The sunset views were AWESOME whether watching from the deck or the private dock and the saltwater pool was just as refreshing as taking a dip in the ocean. The hot tub was perfect for those cool June nights. The location couldn’t be any closer to the shops, market and restaurants. We’ll definitely be looking forward to renting from Village Realty and enjoying the OBX for many more years!!!"

"Our house Too Easy was a great house and in a beautiful neighborhood. The rooms were spacious for our two families. The house overlooked over the golf course. We took the trolley to the beach and met some very nice people on the ride. I would rent this house again! "As you first arrive to the house we booked through village reality, you’re going to pinch yourself. I believe they take it to the next step on their rental properties. Any issues they’re there to help, and the call center is very accommodating and understanding. The pool was a welcoming presence whether you wanted to swim or lounge. The short walk to the beach, beckons you to explore outer banks’ stellar beaches and inspiring scenery.The house itself, a three story “goliath”, provides plenty of adult relaxation and room for children to explore. My family consisted of 14 beachcombers, some being their first time to the outer banks could not have asked for a more accommodating vessel. Each bedroom had its necessary accoutrements, and I believe it fulfilled their needs to the fullest. The private volleyball court, and hot tub were just cake toppers to the rest of the trip. I truly enjoyed this visit and will definitely be a return visitor to the village realty site for future vacations."

"Had a beautiful week in Nags Head. The house was beautiful! Kitchen had everything you needed and more! Everything was clean and ready by 4:00 check-in. Village Realty sent text messages before we arrived so we had all the information. Check out was just as easy.The only issue I had was at 2 different times, workers were sent to the house (once to repair a microwave and once to pressure wash top deck) with no notice. I realize maintenance and other things need to be done during the week, I only wish we were notified that they would be coming and have to come in the house.Otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely contact Village Realty the next time we vacation in the Outer Banks!"

"The staff at Village Realty are amazing. They make renting a beach house easy. I have rented from them for the past 3 years and my dad rented from them for 5 years.We even booked the same house again for next year, which was made extremely easy by the vacation specialists at their office.People staying on the outer banks must eat at Jack Brown’s and get the key lime pie at the Kill Devil Grill."

"We stayed at Dancing Days and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and well stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen. The walk to the beach is perfect, not very long at all and the access is right there. Great location to the FoodLion and shops only begin a short drive or bike. Close to the lighthouse and 4x4 Beach.The only thing we had slight issues with were the hot tub is a little rickety, it works but you can tell it's older the jets don't work the best and some tiles are falling off. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there which was awesome.Loved that the doors beeped as people entered/exited as we had small children and the kids room is downstairs with the pool. The pool gate is high enough so small children cannot open, but my 6yo could.Wonderful stay for my first time in the Outer Banks!"

"Th pet-friendly home we stayed in was lovely! It truly would be the beach house I would love to own! Perfect size, and ability for a large family to be comfortable in. We were in Duck for my daughter’s wedding and the location in Sanderling community was perfect. I would definitely look to stay here again should I travel to Duck! The beds were super comfortable! I can’t say about pillows as I always bring my own when traveling. Linens and towels are supplied. The home was well appointed and comfortable. Of course being on the beach with walkway access was the best feature!The management company responded same day to a broken toilet issue. They did not address the broken wine cooler (could not change temperature at all and it stayed on 11degrees) and I hope they reported it to the owners.The changes I would suggest is that every bathroom have toilet paper and soap available upon arrival, the kitchen have paper towels and dish soap available. This is basic needs that prevents someone who just traveled all day to get there not have to get back in the car to go to the grocery store same evening.The home was in good shape, light switches labeled (thank you!), had small appliances one needs to cook or make cocktails and smoothies. We did have difficulty with the internet. The windows need cleaning, but we enjoyed the view from outside!!!Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"We loved our condo from Village Realty! Pirates Cove location was beautiful — our canal-front rental offered gorgeous views, and the boardwalks were fantastic for walking — and absolutely perfect as a central location between Nags Head beaches and attractions and historic Manteo. Highly recommend the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island and getting a local “boil” for dinner!Village Realty was excellent in communications and preparing us for our visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again."

"Our family stayed at the perfect property for our family vacation in the Outer Banks. With 6 adults and 4 children we never had an issue with space. The home we clean when we arrived.Aqua e Vino, is certainly on our list of return to properties."

"Had a beautiful home to stay in. The hot tub is clean. The House was spoiler. Bathrooms clean.Lots of dishes pots pans. Kudos to owners of Taylors place. You can see ocean and beach club across the street. There's 2 strollers bit no baby gate for up stairs. I made one"

"We rented A Pointe of View Condo Villa at Windswept Ridge located in the gated community of the Currituck Club. We arrived on Saturday and with the exception of housekeeping leaving two large industrial size dirty linen bags outside of our door - all was clean. We did call Village Realty and the bags were picked up. Our unit was clean and well appointed with all possible needed utensils, dishware, cookware and a variety of games for an evening in. However, our washing machine and dryer were not working. We found this out on Tuesday, when attempting to launder towels and do a load of clothing. We traveled from CT and rented this unit with a washer & dryer as a paid amenity. We packed enough clothes for four days knowing that we could wash them mid- week. My husband went online and filled out a maintenance form for the washer and dryer and it stated someone would call soon.On Wed, at noon, we hadn’t heard from Village Realty so I called to inform them about our maintenance request from the day before. The woman I spoke with at Village Realty was pleasant and understanding and she informed me that a part was on order for the dryer - it just arrived *yesterday (?) - and they scheduled a maintenance tech to fix the dryer on Thursday = the next morning. At that time, I requested clean sets of towels - enough for all three occupied bedrooms - and was assured that housekeeping would deliver clean towels to our unit.We did receive clean towels that evening - thankfully!Village Realty has assured me that the maintenance tech will be here tomorrow morning so I will update with another review then.UPDATE: Thursday morning the maintenance tech was at our unit. He was able to repair the dryer and hook up the washer. Both units are working and we are grateful for the prompt service following our call for towels and working washer and dryer units. The tech was courteous, worked quickly, and we are now washing/drying our laundry. THANK YOU to Village realty for your attention to our concerns and for providing kind and quick service.We had a wonderful stay here - this is our second stay at Windswept Ridge Condos - and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. With the convenience of two pools for kids, a grocery store adjacent to the property and plenty of activities close by - this is a perfect locale in a beautifully decorated unit.We advise calling for bicycles two weeks in advance of your stay as they were sold out for rental upon our arrival.Suggestions for things to do:Sailing on the Sound - Take The Downeast RoverSunset Sail out of Manteo- but book early in the week. This is a must do. We’ve gone twice on this particular sail boat and it is fantastic.Jet Skiing: Nor’Banks Sailing and Watersports -Take the Jet Ski Tour. You can rent a jet ski for less $ - but you are limited as to where you can go. We opted for the tour and we had a guided, 1 1/2 hour, high speed ride through the sound and marshes - twists and turns galore - and a chance to see and learn about “Duck” - that you won’t get anywhere else. Worth the money.Parasailing: Corolla Duck Parasail - also a fun time with experienced boat captains who made the trip secure and fun.We went miniature golfing, go carting and spent time at the ocean - along with plenty of shopping for T-shirts and trinkets. Enjoy!"

"Tee to Shining Sea was a awesome house to stay, with a wonderful swimming pool and a hot tub. The kitchen was so perfect and so were the beds and the bath rooms as well as the laundry area. All entertainment places for the kids and for adults were minutes away from home. Morning Views from the home was brillant of the beach. Harris Teeter at a walkable distance was an added advantage.It was the best vacation in a very long time for us.Thank you."

"There really isn't a lot to complain about with Seaduction in Corolla. The newer owners seem to be making lots of improvements so it actually was nicer than the photos! Minor quibbles, like low water pressure (Don't take a shower when someone runs the DW!) didn't spoil a really nice week. Plenty of space for everyone to be together (two daughter, their husbands and a granddaughter), yet easy ways to seek out some privacy on the decks, rec room or by the pool. Kitchen was great (even with a weird fridge location) with plenty of new utensils and cookware. We noted the spa was malfunctioning and wasps had built nests in the base. The owners had maintenance take care of the wasp nest right away. And they noted that the spa was intended to be replaced but was on backorder, like many things these days. A couple more chairs or lounges at the pool might be nice but we never had any issues despite 6 adults there. Overall really good responsive owners who definitely are making excellent improvements to the home. 5+ stars!Check in was easy. We received plenty of updates via email regarding the status of the cleaning before we arrived. Keyless entry was really nice also. The only thing I would note about Village Realty was some weak communication about amenities. We inquired about beach chairs, towels and toys. They said none provided as none were in the listing. Yet when we arrived we found LOTS of beach stuff. I could have left a lot of things at home! I'll give them a pass with the new owners, but they could have contacted them to ask, especially as the owners were very responsive directly with us during our stay. 4.75 starsWe would definitely recommend both Village Realty and Seaduction for a great vacation in Corolla!"
