"We've been coming down to Nags Head for 20+ years and renting from Village Realty for the past 9. We've been with several companies over the years and in my experience Village is by far the best. The houses are always clean and well cared for. Customer service is exemplary. One year our house was unavailable for booking the next year because the owners had booked it. VR bent over backwards to help us find another house that met our needs. They respond quickly to technical issues. We noticed an issue upon check-in with the a/c this year. I submitted the "fix it" form and had a call from maintenance literally within minutes. Problem resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. They are also one of the few (only in our experience) companies that don't charge "admin" fees or a reservation fee. No hidden costs - just the rental cost, tax and optional insurance. Village Realty is definitely our preferred rental company on the Outer Banks."

"We had the best Family Vacation. We stayed at "Livin The Dream" in Nags Head! The House was awesome and so much stuff to do. Corn hole, sandy Volley ball and Horseshoes. Pool Hot/ tub Tiki Bar! The inside had even more stuff to do! ROOMS were really nice and House was clean and decorated nicely! We will book again next year! Management company is so nice, helpful and had house ready right at 4pm check in!"

"My family recently rented a vacation home in Nags Head through Village Realty. The property was exactly as described and well-maintained. We bumped into a pretty minor issue with the grill on arrival Saturday. I emailed Village Realty Saturday night and had a response from Genie within minutes of their offices opening Sunday morning. The issue was entirely resolved later that morning without any issue or hassle and we enjoyed the rest of our trip."

"My family and I have been coming to the outer banks for 10+ years and we all agreed this house was the BEST we’ve ever stayed in! (Dolphin Run 31) The kitchen was spectacular all the appliances were new and updated I loved the fact there was a coffee pot as well as the Keurig for when we just wanted a cup of coffee late in the afternoon. We did not have kids with us but the house was extremely kid friendly with the crib, baby gates, high chair, and lots of games for the young ones as well as adults. The televisions were amazing all of them smart TV and to top it off the WiFi was spectacular! (Good for the gaming lovers) The location was great as well a quick 2 minute walk to the beach was nice and having groceries stores and shopping center near by as well. We will definitely be booking this house again 10/10 would recommend!"

They are helpful and not pushy on the phone. This year we a slight hic-up with our reservation (our error) VR quickly helped us resolve the issue. Upon arrival, we felt welcomed! "This was one of my favorite houses that we've rented since coming to the Outer Banks for many, many years. The view is unsurpassable as is the location of the house. Very comfy beds and clean. Unbelievable bird watching from this house as well as entertainment from the golfers. We will definitely come back around to this one."
