"Village Realty is a great company. They are very responsive when an issue arises at the property. But I must say the property owners need to do a better job doing an upkeep of their properties. The house we stayed at was covered on the outside with spiders and webs and the pool area was dirty. The inside floors weren’t cleaned well and the kitchen had ants in it. Also the remotes didn’t work for the TVs."

They are responsive to inquiries to their website, texts and emails (had no reason to reach out by phone but would expect the same responsiveness.) "The Condo was much more than we had expected. The beds epsecially were more comfortable than one could hope for and the place was absolutely spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware and place settings. I only wish we could have stayed longer."

"We had a wonderful time at summer love. This is our second time staying here. Love the feel and decor of the house. Beach casual is welcoming and comfy. Also, the elevator is a godsend. My parents are older and my father is really sick. This helps them so much getting around. He was able to relax and look out at the beautiful scenery. ( There is definitely a healing quality being near the water.) And I love the fact that I can put all the luggage and stuff in the elevator to take to each floor. Another plus, is that I can that I can bring my fur babies. I don't have children so my dogs are my children. It is nice that they are able to be with the family and not have to be boarded. Georgie and Hadley had a great time. We even celebrated Halloween in style. They wore their Halloween costumes when we went walking throughout the neighborhood. I had no idea so many deer were around but the girls sure did. A giant buck came walking thru the backyard. It was cool to see. Can't wait until next year. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.
