"We stayed in WS08 / Whispering Sands, an oceanfront townhome in Nags Head. Lovely, cozy and with a jacuzzi in the master bedroom who needs a hot tub? Built solid - no bucking when those NE winds are howling! Two cars can be tucked in underneath so no sandblasting going on there. Can you tell we stayed in December? My favorite time for Nags Head 😉 Village Realty was easy to work with. I booked the place with two days notice! We observed a few things needing attention in this little house by the wild Atlantic but nothing that impacted our stay. I’m sure the Village staff will take care of things."

"Heaven on 7th was just that…Heaven. It’s the perfect location, the house was spotless, enough blankets, towels, dishes (that’s a bonus for our large family). The amenities are countless and accessible even during the off season. There’s the hot tub and personal golf area in the backyard. Very family friendly and Village Realty is very responsive to requests! We already decided we are going back to the same house next summer. Thank you for a great experience!"

"JR 12 Carolina Dream: Super house on the ocean in Nags Head. We've had that house several times over the years, so everybody already knows the bedrooms/ kitchen/ drill. Swimming pool is great for folks who don't feel like the "hike" to the beach (and it pays to have a "tent" for shade in a week that proved (everywhere to be so hot). Easily accommodates 18 or so -- ages 6 to 81 (in our case). Hope others enjoy, too!!!"

Village Realty provided text instructions for both check in and checkout. The house was cleaned and well equipped. The kitchen cabinets were labeled which made locating items easier. The only negative I have is that upper deck Adirondack chairs and tables are very old and somewhat unstable."
