How much can we expect to catch? We usually have a good catch of crabs on our trips; shrimping, however, is far less predictable, and the catch will vary depending on both season and time of day.

What is the difference between the 2 hour trip & the 4 hour trip? In short, the 4-hour trip means more time on the water, and therefore more catch. Some parties have been concerned that their younger children may become bored on the longer trip, but this has yet to occur. There is plenty of activity to keep everyone’s interest for the duration of the 4 hour trip, but the 2 hour trip is available for those who prefer it.

Where will we fish? Charters take place exclusively in the calm waters of the Roanoke Sound. We do not enter the ocean at all.
