The Corolla Light Community is amazing and offers some great amenities. Nearby, you'll have access to three oceanfront pools, lighted basketball and shuffleboard courts, a game room and playground, eight outdoor tennis courts, a sound side pool, sound front pier, an indoor sports center with an eight-lane lap pool, two racquetball courts, two indoor clay tennis courts, exercise/fitness room, game room, 12-person spa, and locker room with saunas. You'll also enjoy reduced green fees at the Carolina Club and the Pointe golf courses. Corolla light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities and offers these to 12 guests. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Things to Know

Guests have access to the Corolla Light Recreational Amenities. Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day. No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Amazing location, great amenities, well-stocked kitchen, etc. The deck on the upper level off the main living area was a favorite place to hang out and we appreciated the convenience of the grill location on this level. We loved the location of this house. With 4 toddlers it was so easy to get to the beach, pool, and park. This kids could walk themselves. It was so convenient to set up at the beach by the pool and just pop up to the pool at any point. The house itself provides a lot of space and a great kitchen to prepare meals in. We loved the spacious back deck where you can hear the ocean and actually see it too. The area by the lighthouse and bay was a great place to visit and we were glad we couldn't go to the beach one day which is why we found it. Loved Kind Cup coffee and Corolla pizza and deli!

This home is amazing! The kitchen is a dream to cook in - can’t think of anything that isn’t furnished. The house is so clean and beautiful. Close to beach and pools. The community indoor pool and hot tub are perfect for April when it isn’t always warm on the beach - and the private hot tub is great! This sets a standard for rentals that will be really hard to match. We’re looking forward to returning soon.

We loved the house and it's location. Close to the beach access and pools. Not too far from ice cream places?? The owner was very nice and responded to our issue right away. The house was nice and clean and well stocked. They have books in the rooms to help navigate the appliances and tvs (very helpful). I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed here in May 2023. The house was clean with a well equipped & organized kitchen (everything was labeled). Comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach & other amenities. The house is dog friendly, which is a plus for us. We spoke to the owner, he was very nice & accommodating. We love the Asian decor. We will be coming back!

We recently rented this home in early March, and could not have been happier with our stay. The home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. In the cold weather, we used the fireplace and hot tub every day. Very close to ocean front, community amenities, and shopping. We will definitely be coming back to this home.
