Rob Armstrong was born and raised in the Baltimore area and studied Business Management at the University of Maryland.

Rob now resides with his family in Olney in Montgomery County, Maryland. Rob and his family are extremely excited to be relocating to the Outer Banks in late 2022. Their golden retriever, Bella, can’t wait to run and chase shore birds on the beach every morning.

He has worked in the health care industry for more than 20 years; working for United Healthcare on the Federal and State of Maryland Open Enrollment meetings across the MD, VA, DC, PA region. He went into real estate several years ago and has worked for a couple of larger real estate brokerages in the Baltimore and Rockville areas.

The Armstrong family has been vacationing on the Outer Banks for more than 30 years and has immensely enjoyed everything the barrier islands have to offer, from Carova down to Ocracoke. There is always an adventure to be had and always a new sunrise and sunset to enjoy.
