DU810: Endless Summer

The week may be short but the memories will last a lifetime at Endless Summer, a well-maintained oceanfront townhome located in the Port Trinitie community of Duck. Situated right on the ocean with a convenient dune walk-over, getting to and from the beach couldn't be easier. Recent updates include LVP flooring throughout, new furniture, fresh paint, and a completely renovated kitchen.

After a day of sun, sand and surf, come home and gather in the comfortable and welcoming great room. An open-concept layout makes the space feel bright and airy, while the original wood paneling and fireplace add warmth and character. When you're not trying out one of Duck's fabulous restaurants, cook at home in the remodeled kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. With two dining tables that seat a total of ten, everyone can gather and enjoy meals together. A game area on the ground level serves as an additional hangout space and includes a foosball table for some friendly competition.

Upstairs, wake up every morning to an incredible ocean view from the spacious primary suite. It leads directly out to a private oceanfront deck where you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee, breathe in the salt air and listen to the crashing waves. The updated primary bath also boasts an ocean view, along with a jetted tub for soaking away the day.

Port Trinitie is an ocean-to-sound community, providing guests with convenient access to both for a variety of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. The sound access includes a boat ramp for launching small vessels, kayaks, jet skis and paddleboards. There's also a soundside pier with gazebo for admiring the vast water views and picturesque sunsets. Cool off in one of two community pools or work up a sweat on the tennis court.

A multi-use path that runs through town is perfect for walking or biking to downtown Duck, just two miles south of Endless Summer. Set aside a day or two to browse a variety of eclectic, locally-owned boutiques, galleries and eateries. Take a stroll down the boardwalk through the Waterfront Shops for unique shopping and dining experiences with a fabulous view. The Town of Duck amphitheater hosts yoga classes, concerts, children's activities and annual events including the Fourth of July Parade and Duck Jazz Festival.
