When you book this breezy home away from home, you are granted access to fantastic community amenities, including an outdoor pool (perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach), a workout facility, a business center, and a boardwalk with sound/kayak access.

This multi-level home features four well-appointed floors. The basement level features an inviting seating area with a sofa bed, plenty of children-friendly games, a smart TV with streaming and cable, and direct access to a private patio. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, one of them being a primary suite. This suite enjoys a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a sunny deck. The second guest bedroom features a smart TV and deck access as well. Another flight of stairs will lead you to the main living space located on the third floor. This open-concept area has access to a furnished deck. Surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals and snacks thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. When mealtime is over, curl up on your favorite sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the smart TV. And last, but certainly not least, the fourth level has a primary suite that encompasses the entire floor. The suite offers a cozy seating nook, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer, free WiFi, and central AC.

THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy is limited to six people as per Dare County septic regulations. Pack N' Play, high chair, toddler bumpers, baby walker, and kids' toys are provided.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

House was a great size for our family of six. The AC worked great for hot days. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was awesome and the family loved it! Beach was less than a 5 min drive. Lots of items to use at the beach like chairs, etc. Would definitely recommend!!

This is a beautiful home away from home. We are a family of 4 with 2 Labrador Retrievers and we had more space here then most we have stayed at in the past. The beds are comfortable we slept great! It was walking distance from the Wright Memorial and the best Dog park we have ever been too, which also has a skatepark, fitness trail and more. The location is very close to everything we wanted to do. Going to the beach was a breeze which was one thing we worried about because we generally go for oven front. But all the public access points made it very easy. Would highly recommend!!
