This beautifully appointed oceanside villa, located in one of Corolla's newest communities, will be your vacation home away from home for years to come! Featuring a large community pool and recreation area, Corolla Bay has everything your family could want. It's also only a short stroll to the wide, sandy beaches of Corolla, come enjoy for yourself!

Ground Level: Enter into a den that provides a Queen Sleep Sofa, 42' flat-screen TV, a wet bar with microwave & mini-fridge and a bistro table and 4 stools. Just off the den is a bedroom with a DuoBunk and a full bathroom. Step outside into your private courtyard and take a soak in the hot tub.

Mid Level: This floor is home to 3 more bedrooms including a lovely King mbr with double vanities and a private deck. There's also a King bedroom with flat-screen TV that shares a full bathroom with a Queen bedroom with flat-screen TV. The laundry area is also on this floor.

Top Level: Provides an open great room featuring a 50' flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray player and surround sound and an electric fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances and the dining table seats 6 with seating for 4 more at the kitchen bar. Enjoy some cool ocean breezes from the top level deck. Rounding out this home is a half bath just off the kitchen.

Amenities: Hot Tub, 6 TV, 6 Blu-Ray Players, Electric Fireplace, Wireless Internet, Surround Sound, Mini-Fridge, 2 Microwaves, Wet Bar, Beach Cart, Cornhole, Games/Book/Video Library, Boogie Boards, Private Courtyard and Decks.

Parking: Space for 3 Vehicles in Driveway. Overflow Parking Available on Herring St. No Overnight Parking and No Parking on Grass or on Community Street.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This house was beautifully decorated, with a real beach feel. The small touches to help with logistics like hooks to hang things on, beach chairs available to use, and games to play was very convenient! The walk to the beach was so quick, the yard was beautiful, and the hot tub with the string lights was lovely. We will be back!

House was well stocked including kitchen, room for our large family to cook, eat, mingle and sleep. Great little yard for the dog and young child to play. Hot tub was perfect after all the walking we did. AC was nice and cold, enclosed garage a plus for the golf carts. Ample parking nearby for the extra vehicles. Community amenities a plus

I don’t know where to start, but the house is amazing! It is so clean! It has beautiful windows, beautiful views, and it is so close to the beach. It rained during our stay there, but we didn’t mind being in the house it just has a good energy.

The house was spotless, in great condition and decorated perfectly! The couches were super comfy with plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Very well stocked. We had everything we needed! Towels, kitchen items! Great location and a short walk to the beach. 5 minute drive to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Yard has a hottub. No pool but we were about 50 steps from the community pool which was perfect! The area was quiet and we had a very fun and relaxing time! Would recommend this beach house!

The house was very nice, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Check in/out was easy. Well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Fenced yard and hot tub were great. Highly recommend staying here as long as you don't mind stairs.

Never Ending Shorey did not disappoint! Our family had a great time. The house is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The walk to the beach is .4 miles along a nice walking/biking trail. We loved everything about this property!
