Top floor — the heart of the home:
The open-concept living and dining area is flooded with natural light and flows onto a private balcony — ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails with the coastal breeze. A gas fireplace sets the mood for relaxed evenings, and the living room TV makes movie nights easy after a full beach day.

Private outdoor oasis:
Step outside to your fully enclosed, fenced backyard with a private hot tub — perfect for unwinding after a day in the surf. The outdoor shower helps you rinse off before heading inside.

Entertainment for everyone:
The ground-floor game room is a crowd-pleaser featuring a foosball table and TV, plus direct access to the fenced yard and hot tub. This level also includes a bedroom and full bathroom — great for guests who prefer ground-floor access.

EV drivers: A Ford-connected Level 2 EV charging station (48 amps, J1772 plug, 20-ft cable) is available on-site, delivering 15–25 mph of charge depending on your vehicle.

The charming waterfront town of Duck is also a quick drive south for excellent restaurants and boutique shopping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The house was perfect for our family. Well stocked kitchen, made meal prep easy. Beach chairs, cart, and bikes were a nice additon. 5 minute walk to the beach and close to lighthourse/park and shopping. The community pool and playground were so close and my grandchildren loved them both.

Great house for families with little kids and dogs! Clean, organized, and includes private fenced-in yard with hot tub, community pool & playground, house had stools for toddlers & baby gate, high chair etc. Close walking distance to the beach and the garage has many beach accessories & bikes, which was very convenient. Also driving distance to town of Duck, which has many great restaurants & things to do. Only small downside was one of the bikes in the garage we were not able to use due to flat tire and there was barely any shampoo/body wash available. Overall beautiful house in great location with great accommodations! Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying in Seaside Greetings and we had to come back for more! We usually like to stay in a home with a private pool but with this home’s proximity to the community pool, there is absolutely no need. We love how pet friendly the community is being that we have a Springer Spaniel. For smaller family vacations we will continue to rent this home for future stays!

Loved the pool being open and close by. It felt like pool was in your backyard. Gate openings are too big for small dogs because they can get through or under the gate but perfect for big dogs

This home is even better in person than in the pictures. More than enough room for a family of four. We love the hot tub and the pool was close enough that we felt like it was in our backyard. Nice to have a yard with grass at the beach. Great location between Currituck and Duck for easy access to restaurants and activities. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach.
