There was room for 4 teens, 4 adults and a baby. All teens had their own room. Community pool access. Close to beach - just a short drive. Peaceful.

We loved that all 3 teens (15,17,19), parents and grandparent had their own rooms. No fussing and bathrooms were available for all when needed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Backyard was very nice to relax in the evening. Our little dogs enjoyed the space as well.

The home met all our expectations for 6 people and out small dog. Plenty of room, bathrooms, and great kitchen upstairs to prepare family meals for that much needed time around the table for conversation. Would definitely stay again for a second time. Just have to wait and see what next year holds.

I loved being able to bring my pet. I loved the Pets welcome sign. Loved the 2 livingrooms the young adults had fun downstairs and us oldies had up stairs. The whole house was decorated beautiful!

We loved Sandy Eagle because of the comfort and space it offered. Our family of 8 was able to spread out and have plenty of personal space in the six bedrooms and yet congregate easily in the main living room and all sit around the table to eat together. We loved the crazy comfortable mattresses (obviously quite new), bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms and enclosed porch with gliders to sit and watch the canal. Having two kitchens (one for each level) was a bonus, it's easy to fill one fridge quickly when you have 8 people. We also had fun with the mini-pool table and the foosball table. Overall the kitchen was pretty well stocked, but if you do "scratch cooking' you should know that while there are plenty of plates, glasses and silverware as well as all the standard small appliances (blender, large, oval slow cooker, toaster, Keurig) there are no mixing bowls or serving pieces. We got creative a few times, not worth giving only 4 stars, but good to know if you are a cook. We go to the Outer Banks frequently and will give Sandy Eagle a look to see if it's available for our next visit.

Plenty of room to spread out on two levels. The the 2nd level deck is a great place to sit. The gas grill is convenient to kitchen and the gas firepit was nice to have. The kayaks were great for exploring the canal. The property is a little off the beaten path so you need to drive to beach and activities, but the quiet neighborhood was great to come home to. Upper level kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crown. Lower level kitchen was an added bonus.

We loved this home, we had a dog with us and she loved being able to run around the back yard. The space was perfect, we had 5 guests but never felt crowded. The home was easy to get in and out of and it was right next to a convenience store for immediate needs. Most of all, it was CLEAN.

We had a great family gathering at the Sandy Eagle. Great home, great location, awesome firepit and great backyatd perfect for my fur grandbaby. Plenty of room so we could spread out without being on top of each other. Highly recommend for friends and family to enjoy time together.
