Description

Ground Level: Features a den with wet bar, elliptical, recumbent bike, full-size fridge, and smart TV. Oversize bedroom with two bunk sets and queen, children’s library, a full bath and laundry area.

Mid Level: Features two main bedrooms with whirlpools and new smart TVs, a semi-private main bedroom with a king bed and a new smart TV, a bedroom with two twins and a smart TV, and a full bath.

Top Level: Very accommodating great room, bright and airy, with a large wet bar, gas fireplace, new 65“ smart TV, mini fridge under island counter and a well-equipped kitchen. Your eyes will be riveted to the fantastic views of the ocean.

Amenities: Private heated pool can be heated seasonal for a fee hot tub, WiFi, gas fireplace, six TVs, two Blu-Ray players, movies, toys for kids of all ages, board games, puzzles, books, two wet bars, two Whirlpool tubs, and baby items, including a new Pack 'n Play with a bassinet insert, new booster seat, new toddler bed rails, new full-size crib, high chair. Exercise equipment includes an elliptical and recumbent bike. There is also a hammock and a gas grill. Beach access: 200

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

What's nearby: Reduced greens fees at The Carolina Club and The Pointe. Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities. Corolla Light Amenities for 12 guests. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Guests have access to the Corolla Light Recreational Amenities. Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

The house was close to pools, beach, playground, Corolla Light shops, and mini golf. Everything a family reunion with young kids could want. The house itself had all the essential baby equipment and great toys and books for our grandchildren, ages 1 1/2 and 5. There are bedrooms that remained quiet from the main living space when our grandchildren got up at 6am every morning

House was perfect for our family for the wedding week! Clean and open w awesome deck space. Comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and full kitchen! Big dining table for fun dinners and the pool and hot tub were perfect. View of the ocean was lovely and a very close walk to the beach. The Corolla Light amenities are incredible and the walking distance to Whalehead and CL shops made everything so easy and enjoyable. Stay was a 10!

This is a lovely, well-appointed house that is constantly updated. It is convenient to the recreational fields, the pools, and the beachfront. It has been the best layout and location for our family. The owner generously provides a gift certificate at Northern Lights Bakery as a perk of one's stay.

This was our 3rd year renting this home and we love it! It has a great view of the water! The owners take great care in making sure the home is taken care of and that you enjoy your stay! Lots of extras for the pool or beach, for your little ones and your fur babies! Our only concern is the house was rented for next year before we arrived and we won’t be able to stay next year. We suggest giving your current guests 1st option for the following year and waiting to post it after our reserved week like other realtors in the area do. We are sad we will have to find another home for 2023!

The house was enormous for just my wife and I and or dog. We wanted a winter get away to simply relax from the hustle of the daily grind. Certainly delivered what seemed almost like our very own paradise. Very quite and beautiful. Being pet friendly was a huge benefit and star gazing and walks along the beach were perfect. Premier location close to pool and beach. Can see the ocean from the top deck. It has a great layout for our family. Comfortable and pretty furniture on the top floor. Nice game room next to the bedroom with six bunks. Upgraded pool area.
