Description

This comfortable and family-friendly home offers lovely ocean views - especially from the hot tub on the top deck (that faces the ocean). This house is located across the street from the beach access walkway and is the perfect place to vacation with your family dog! The private pool offers convenient family fun! The top level has a kitchen, a great room, an enclosed porch with a seven-foot pool table that converts to a Ping-Pong table, a half bath, and a ship's watch. Enjoy the hot tub located on this level's deck. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Pets Allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Things to Know:
Corolla Light amenities are available for 12 guests. Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities.

Guests have access to the Corolla Light Recreational Amenities. Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

We really enjoyed our week at Camelot 125. The house is well maintained and beach access is very close. The house was well appointed. It had most everything we needed. Loved the elevated reading nook with twin chaise loungers with a view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in Corolla Light for many years and this house is everything that you can want. The living room is a perfect place for family movie nights and games. The property is very close to the beach to catch the sunrise and spend time out in the sun. The property is also only a few minutes from the indoor pool and gym to spend those rainy days with your family. Our family of 6 adults and 5 children, ranging from toddler to teens, take a yearly Holiday vacation. This year we headed out in October due to the high schoolers schedules. This home was PERFECT! The location was in a quiet neighborhood, just a few yards from the beach, and had everything we could have wanted. We had a minor issue with the hot tub filter needing to be changed and it was addressed immediately. I can honestly say that was the best hot tub! Plenty of room for the bunch of us, temp stayed level no matter how much we were in and out of it, along with the water level. The home was extremely clean, with plenty of linens and towels. Equipped with all we needed. Being a huge family, we did end up purchasing a four pack of TP and some extra dishwasher solution, but that was at the very last of our trip. They had plenty for us on arrival. The owners sent a gift bag over to us that was full of the best goodies ever! So unexpected and absolutely delicious! The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of games for us to play as a family, along with puzzle games for the 3 year old. The kids loved the pool table/ping pong table combo, and “Pops” pretty much stayed in the sunroom/ game room after finding “ the most comfortable chair ever” in there. The teens loved the upper sunroom with the chaise lounges. Actually slept there a couple nights. One of our best vacations ever. This will be our go to home here from now on!

Great location in corolla light, ocean views. walking distance to playground, shuffleboard, basketball court etc. 3rd floor hot tub with ocean views was nice after dinner activity. Kids really enjoyed the game room (ping -pong, pool table). 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators was a great bonus. Plenty of areas to spread out. Well stocked with board games as well.

Location! Pool! Pet Friendly! What a treat for our first family vacation in the Outer Banks. This home is in a quiet location near the beach, shops and lighthouse in Corolla Light. Though we love the sand and surf, floating or relaxing poolside was an added bonus! Shout out to the management team who responded very quickly to some minor concerns.

We loved the proximity to the beach and view of the lighthouse. The house had everything we needed, things that needed fixing were reported and our immediate needs were taken care of very quickly. House is older and deck is rough but still very nice. Loved the pool!

This home has been updated with painting and decor… A wonderful surprise from what the pictures show… Two dishwashers which was incredible and not only the outside shower but a potty was out there too! We love Corolla and the private pool was wonderful on the property. We would definitely stay here again short walk to the beach
