Ground Level: Has a large rec room with half bath, 47' TV, full-size refrigerator, and a foosball table.

Mid Level: Has 2 King main bedrooms with TV, a room with 2 Singles and TV, a room with 2 Bunk sets and 2 full baths.

Top Level: Has a great room with fireplace, 55' TV/DVD, stereo system, a dining area, a kitchen with a pantry, a King main bedroom with 36' TV/DVD and a half bath.

Amenities: Private unheated Pool, Hot Tub, Fireplace, WiFi, 5 TV, DVD, CD/Stereo, Games/Books, 2 Refrigerators, High Chair, Hammock, Bike Rack, Fish Cleaning Table. Beach Access: 180 Yards. The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Three oceanfront Pools, Lighted Basketball and Shuffleboard Courts, Game Room and Playground, 8 Outdoor Tennis Courts, sound-side Pool, Sound-front Pier, Indoor Sports Center w/ 8 Lane Lap Pool, 2 Racquetball Courts, 2 Indoor Clay Tennis Courts, Exercise/Fitness Room, Game Room, 12P Spa, and Locker Room w/ Saunas. Reduced Green Fees at The Carolina Club and The Pointe Golf Courses. Corolla Light is a Private Community that Requires Guests to Wear Wristbands to Access Community Amenities. Corolla Light Amenities for 12 Guests.

Things to Know:

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Guests have access to the Corolla Light Recreational Amenities. Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Lovely home with ideal location! Very clean with lovely decor. Steps from the resort complex and path to the beach. Loved sipping coffee on the deck while listening to waves! We hope to return. Only suggestion would be refreshing the master bedroom mattress. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!! One of our favorite vacations in the Outer Banks despite a few days of rain. Thank you!
