Description

Bring the whole family along to this wonderful coastal retreat and spoil everyone with a perfect location right across the street from the sugar-white sand and warm waters of the Atlantic! Boasting three levels, each guest can easily find their own favorite spot to hang out. When you need a bit of fresh air, the decks on the mid and upper levels of the home will be ideal, especially when you sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. When you want to venture out a bit, the three shared pools, eight shared tennis courts, exercise room, hot tub, and racquetball have you covered! When you return to home base, the fun won't stop, as the chef of the group can hop into the fully equipped kitchen to whip up a tasty meal as the kiddos head down to the game room featuring ping-pong and foosball! Plus, everyone can get some privacy with the four bedrooms on the middle level of the home and the main suite on the upper floor! The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.

Guests have access to the Corolla Light Recreational Amenities. Guests are instructed to pick up their resort information and amenity bracelets on the first day of their reservation at the Corolla Light Sports Center located at 1026 Ocean Trail Corolla, NC 27927. Your check in time is not until 4:00 PM but you can take advantage of the resort amenities as soon as you retrieve your information from the Sports center, as early as 9 am on your scheduled check-in day.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
