The lower level features a living area complete with a sofa, foosball table, TV, a full-size fridge, and access to the backyard through sliding glass doors. The middle level will be ideal for those who want a bit of peace and quiet, as three bedrooms call this level home; two of these have balcony access. And, when everyone wants to gather together, the upper level features a magnificent full kitchen with modern appliances, an accommodating dining area, the main living area, and access to the upper deck boasting the best views.

Streaming is available with guest accounts. The garage is unavailable for parking, but guests may use it to store beach gear.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

Overall, the house was clean and visitor ready. It’s close walking distance to beach with a turtle pond a short distance the other direction. Close to shopping and food. Totally worth it!

This home has a lot of nice amenities, it’s in a quiet neighborhood with very close Beach access and you can walk or ride bikes for shopping and activities. Just be aware there are 33steps up and 33steps down to get to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook family meals in if u like, Keurig, regular coffee pot, toaster oven, air fryer, blender, lots of plates, bowls, glasses, silverware etc. Love they provide started kits of essentials, such as dish soap, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner etc., plenty of games to play. TV in every room, so everyone can watch what they want. Loved the Master bath rain shower and worked perfectly. The Master bedroom was noisy to get in and out of, overall comfortable beds less one not to great. Pool was well maintained and clean. House was clean and we had a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend this house.

Whatcha dune was a great house literally zero complaints. We loved our stay for a first time in Corolla. The amenities of this house were perfect. Close to beach,shops,restaurants grocery stores. Great location and comfortable stay. Really loved the air fryer and good quality water filter on the fridge. Air circulation in kids' bunk room was a little stuffy, but really not a big deal. We enjoyed the getaway for the early shoulder season and appreciated close proximity to the beach!

2 minute walk to the beach was awesome. The house was clean upon arrival which is always a plus! Plenty of room for the family and the fur baby. Didn't use the pool because the water was still cold but it was clean so I know the next guest were happy. The kitchen was stocked with appliances. My only concern was that previous renters cooked fish on the grill so the fish smell lingered on the top floor. Other than that small issue the family and I loved the house and would rent it again.
