Description

Make your next trip to the beach a Golden Week! Located amongst the live oaks in the tranquil setting of Corolla Village, Golden Week is just 180 yards to the beach or a short stroll to the shops of Historic Corolla Village. Enjoy the privacy of your private solar-heated pool with a hot tub located on the gated pool deck for safety.

You'll find a TV with a DVD player, stereo, and a double sofa bed in the open great room. Choose something from the video library and host a movie night. Step out to the top-level decks through a sliding glass door to enjoy some Corolla sea breezes. You also have access to a screened porch off the kitchen, which is complete with Corian countertops, a kitchen bar, and a dining table.

Two lovely primary bedrooms boast deck access; all bedrooms have TVs with DVD players.

Added perks include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

My family loved that the house was close to the beach and to the Historic Lighthouse Park. We were easily able to walk to both. We also enjoyed that the home had a runner in the back yard for the pups as well as gates to keep the pups safe. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful home. Loved that every light switch in common areas is marked. Pool was opened for our stay. (Too cold outside for us to use.). Loved the hot tub. There is a second fridge near the pool area for snacks & a small deck off of the kitchen set up for young children. Our dog spent every morning watching the birds from the many decks. We can't wait to come back!

The short walk to the beach and no stairs to climb and descend to access the beach was a blessing. The doggos loved the beach. The home itself was awesome. Very clean and a loaded kitchen which made stay in cooking nights simple. I do recommend an air fryer for those quick kid snacks. The heated pool and hot tub was the house favorites and kept the kids occupied??I would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for having us in your beautiful home!!

We loved this house. It was close to the beach, not even a 5 minute walk, and you still had your own pool and hot tub to relax in. And the pool is tended to quite often by a pool company so it is always clean and filled and ready to go. The house had everything you would need including all the bedding, kitchen items, beach chairs, pool floats, and dvds you could need. Just be aware there are lots of steps in the house. Also, it is pretty far up on the island, but still lots of little shops and some places to eat right around the house. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the area where this house is located (private road) and the hot tub! Too cold outside to use the pool. Felt like we were staying in a treehouse. Not a house for anyone with physical limitations-lots of steps almost 30 steps to the kitchen. Had everything we needed and more. We stayed at 4 places while on a month long vacation and this was the best even though the others were more expensive. It’s a bit dated but you feel so cozy. Just my husband and myself for this trip-celebrating our anniversary. Very clean! We will be back!

The house was exactly as advertised. We spent a week here and had a great time. The house was nice, it is starting to show it's age but that made it kind of comfy. I would recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced week at the outer banks.
