If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.

This place was excellent! Never stayed in the sound, it was beautiful! The condo was updated, very nice touches throughout! Updated baths were a plus, kitchen was very well equipped! Beds were comfortable! Sunsets were amazing, only drawback is no access to beach! Would recommend this place for sure. I had 2 elderly and they were able to use the stairs with relatively ease. 5 star place all the way!

This Condo was perfect for our family as it continues to grow. We used it as an additional home since we own a home just a few blocks away. Everything inside was clean, neat and the home is well kept. We hope to rent it again next year.

This is a very nice condo right by the Currituck Sound. The condo has a very recently renovated kids room with a bunk bed and bathroom. The master bed and bath looks brand new. Perfectly matches the pictures. WiFi worked great, walkable to the beach, and the beautiful town of Duck is only a little over a mile or so away. Definitely will stay here again!

If we could give this lovely place more than 5 stars, we would! Very well located within walking (or super short driving) distance to the beach, the sound, and the heart of Duck, one of the best spots in the OBX. On the inside, the place was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described/appears in pictures, if not even roomier. Plenty of space, very comfortable, and a great place for a vacation. Finally, the hosts were amazing. Very easy to get in contact with and very helpful. Gave us advice as if we’re people they’ve known for years! Highly recommend and looking forward to being back next year.

We stayed here 3 nights for my nephew's wedding. It has plenty of room and the beds slept great. It was cold and windy on our weekend so we didn't get to try out the pool and other shared amenities. We didn't feel like we were on top of other people in the condo. It is spacious between the condos. We would use this condo again for a stay at the Outer Banks.
